Terms & Conditions

Equipment Responsibility

Vendors are required to provide their own tent, tables, and chairs for their booth setup.

Booth Stability

Vendors utilizing pop-up booths must ensure booth stability by using appropriate weights or anchors.

Event Information

Vendors will receive detailed instructions regarding load-in, load-out procedures, and any other essential event information Two Weeks from the event.

Electricity

Please note that electricity will not be available at the event. Vendors should plan accordingly for their power needs.

Permit Requirement:

Food Vendors must obtain a $280 Temporary Food Permit before the event, unless in possession of the Pflugerville sticker inspection from the City of Austin for mobile food vendors. If you do not have an Austin Public Health permit, the City of Pflugerville will pay the cost of $280 on your behalf if needed.

Food Tent \| Single Booth (12x12)	$350.00	Non-refundable	- $350.00 per booth - Extra Vendor Wristbands: $8.00 each (Each booth space is 12x12ft and comes with 6 vendor wristbands. 12x24ft booths will receive 8 vendor wristbands)
Food Tent \| Double Booth (12x24)	$700.00	Non-refundable	- $350.00 per booth - Extra Vendor Wristbands: $8.00 each (Each booth space is 12x12ft and comes with 6 vendor wristbands. 12x24ft booths will receive 8 vendor wristbands)
