About the event

This is Dayton's annual Pride Celebration by Greater Dayton LGBT Center and the Dayton Pride Partnership. Sponsorship opportunities will be available beginning January 1, 2025. Applications for vendors, performers, and parade participants will begin February 1, 2025

Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a booth space for Dayton Pride™ 2025 you are agreeing to be set up by the deadline of 10am, Saturday June 6 and will have your booth torn down by 5pm that day. We will not be able to provide help in getting you set up. You also agree to remove any trash you acquire during the festival and dispose of it offsite.

You are expected to carry all vendor licenses and insurance that the State of Ohio requires for events. Dayton Pride™ is not liable.

Single booth	$200.00	Non-refundable	This booth does not include a table and chairs. You must provide your own or some can be rented from us for an additional cost.
One six foot table and two chairs	$25.00	Non-refundable
