About the event

November Makers Market will have 50 vendors and, a couple of food trucks, bounce houses, and a petting zoo. It will held outside at the Holly Hill Mall Parking lot behind Starbucks. Free admission. There is a rain” date for this event on Nov 30. Electricity and water are not provided on-site. If you require power for your set up please ensure to bring a generator, or alternative means to create electricity. All vendor fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS This includes canceled events due to bad weather! We do not allow CREDIT TRANSFERS for any event.   WEATHER POLICY: While most of the time all markets are RAIN or SHINE! There is a chance the weather will be severe or have thunderstorms and compromise the safety of others! The safety of vendors and patrons always comes first! In the chance of weather cancellation, we have a NO REFUND / NO CREDIT policy.

Prices

Premium Space $75 (+ tax and fees) Non-refundable $75 premium space ✔ Reserved Premium spot at the market. This could mean you want a corner space, you might be picky and want to not be near the porta potty or the kid's area or the music or something else. ✔ 2 outside premium parking spaces or 12*12 indoor premium spaces. ✔ First opportunity to pick booth location each day of the event beginning 10 minutes before the arrival of the rest of the vendors. ✔ Personalized shootouts throughout the event by the DJ (Aug 24) ✔ Promotion on Facebook until the market event ✔ Vendor may share a space with another vendor in your family but we need to know products so it doesn't conflict with other vendors. ✔ Vendors must provide their pop-up tent, tent weights, displays or tables, chairs, and table covers. ✔ No electricity at the mall market due to it being outside. (For the October event we will have limited electricity available only to those with Premium spaces)
Standard Space $50 (+ tax and fees) Non-refundable $50 Standard Space ✔ Standard 10x10 space or if inside ( October 12 event) (1) table space 6*8 you provide a 6-foot table. ✔ Standard Space vendors CAN NOT share a space ✔ Vendors must provide their pop-up tent, tent weights, displays or tables, chairs, and table covers ✔ Does not include access to electricity (October) Mall and other outside spaces do not have electricity available for anyone.
Food Truck Space $75 (+ tax and fees) Non-refundable Food trucks. Because the mall has hamburger, hot dog, coffee, Mexican and chicken wings We cannot have food trucks that sell these. We also cannot sell coffee because of Starbucks and we already have lemonade and Slushies/Italian Ice.
