About the application

This application is for a vendor booth November 29th & November 30th, 2024 during the Herriman Holiday Marketplace, Herriman, Utah. FULL: Scentsy, Color Street, Permanent Jewelry, 3D printing, Crochet, Soap, Crystals.
The Herriman Holiday Marketplace is an annual event hosted by Good4Life Markets a few weeks before Christmas. All vendors must provide products geared towards shopping for Christmas and other Winter Holidays. The location of this event is Athlos Academy, 12309 Mustang Trail Way, Herriman, UT 84096.

About the event

The Herriman Holiday Marketplace is the PREMIER shopping event of the season! With over 100 hand-selected vendors, you're sure to find something for everyone on your shopping list. We have scheduled food trucks, entertainment, santa photo-op's, a giving tree and MORE! Plus, the first 75 people each day will receive a SWAG BAG full of discounts and goodies from our vendors. Bring a friend - this is an event you won't want to miss!

Terms & Conditions

Official vendor times are:

Friday, November 29th, 2024 | 10am - 6pm
Saturday, November 30th, 2024 | 10am - 6pm
Setup is Wednesday, November 27th from 4-8pm and Friday, November 29th from 8am - 10am
IMPORTANT: All vendors must be set up no later than 15 minutes before the start of the selling day. Good4Life Markets will be onsite and available for questions two hours before the start of the selling day and until one hour after the close of the selling day.

We welcome the following types of vendors*:

Boutique Items/Artisans/Crafters
School Groups
Non-Profit Groups
Youth Entrepreneurs (8' wide x 6' booths only)
Off-site Prepared Foods (bakeries, bottled/canned items, etc.)
Food Trucks/On Site Prepared Food (limit of 3 per day)

BOOTH FEES:10' wide x 8' deep booth:$20 non-refundable application fee due at the time of application.
$100 non-refundable booth fee, charged to your credit card on file upon acceptance to the market. 8' wide X 6' deep booth: $20 non-refundable application fee due at the time of application.$60 non-refundable booth fee, charged to your credit card on file upon acceptance to the market. Canopies WILL NOT be permitted as booth spaces are maximum 8ft x 10ft - too small for a 10x10 canopy - and because this is an indoor event. Please make any changes to your booth setup accordingly.Good4Life Markets does not provide tables or chairs. Submission of this application does not guarantee a booth space at the Herriman Holiday Marketplace. Your application will be vetted by a Good4Life Markets jury committee once submitted.Once selected, your acceptance constitutes a "contract" between you and Good4Life Markets. Utah State Tax ID -OR -Drivers License Number and Date of Birth. This information is collected to send to the Utah State Tax Commission.
Booth fees will not be refunded if the Vendor is asked to leave the Herriman Holiday Marketplace by Good4Life Markets or a government agency due to non-compliance with market or government regulations.
Canopies WILL NOT be permitted as booth spaces are maximum 8ft x 10ft - too small for a 10x10 canopy - and because this is an indoor event; I will make any changes to my booth setup accordingly.
I have read the Good4Life Markets Rules & Regulations and agree to abide by them during the 2024 Herriman Holiday Marketplace.
The Herriman Holiday Marketplace will take place in RAIN or SHINE. NO REFUNDS OR CREDITED BOOTH FEES for cancellations or no-shows.

You will receive a copy of your application by email. If you don't see an email from Good4LifeMarkets@gmail.com within ten business days, check your spam folder and then call/text Denise (801) 413-8973, the Market Director. When accepted, you will also receive more detailed information for the event, ie; booth setup, payments, setup/teardown instruction, market policies for the Herriman Holiday Marketplace.
