About the event

Sebring's Fall-O-Ween on the Circle will take place on October 25th, 2024 from 5:30pm-9pm. First 1,000 trick or treaters will receive a free bag (must be in a costume). There will trunk or treat, Face painting, games, music, a monster mash, costume parade, and more! This year will be the second Annual Haunted Maze, inside of the Circle Theatre! The Haunted Maze will be open October 25th from 5-10pm, and the 26th 6-10pm. Tickets on sale now!

About the application

For Non-Profit Chamber members only. 
A spot on the Circle or side street to set up a trunk (car) or tent.10X10 Space.
 Tables, chairs, tents or electricity is NOT provided
Each booth will be required to either pass out candy or have a game to play to promote your business, no selling. 
Set Up is for Sebring Chamber current members only.  This is an electronic agreement, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.
Sebring's Fall O Ween is rain or shine. 
 

Terms & Conditions

 Parking: Public parking is available in the areas near the booths. There are no fees for parking.
·         Set-Up: Friday the 25th from, 4-5pm.   All spaces will be marked and pre-assigned. Booths will be assigned at the time you apply.  
·         Items to Bring: Handy items you may want to bring to setup your booth include: staple gun, cable ties, duct tape, pens, tent weights to offset any wind, lights and scissors.
·                   Security: You are responsible for all valuables, items and prizes at your booth. We cannot be responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items from your booth.
·         Equipment: You are responsible for all equipment necessary to run your booth.
·         Staffing: Please make sure the people staffing your booth are familiar with Booth Policies & Guidelines.
·         No Refunds after your application is approved,
