About the event

Thomaston Mule Days pays homage to the mule history of Thomaston and will feature artisans and craftsmen and Kid's Zone Activities at Greatest Generation Park from 10-3pm. Live Music, Food, and a Sip n Stroll, will fill the streets of Downtown Thomaston from 5-10pm that eventing.

About the application

All food vendors apply here. There will be two opportunities for Food Vendors. 

 

Greatest Generation Park: Saturday October 19th (10-3PM)

 

Downtown Thomaston: Saturday October 19th (5-10pm)

 

There is no access to power for food vendors in Downtown Thomaston.

Terms & Conditions

  • No rain date or refund due to inclement weather.
  • Cancellations that occur after applicant is accepted will be non-refundable.
  • Registrations will be handled on a first come, first serve basis.
  • A map showing vendor locations will be distributed to the exhibitor.
  • Event Setup Time: 
    • Greatest Generation Park: 8-9:45AM (Ready for viewing by 10AM)
    • Downtown Thoamston: 3-4:45PM (Ready for vieiwing by 5PM)
  • Cooking or preparing of food items are only allowed in the designated area
  • All display props including tables, chairs, tents, etc. for the booth will be provided by the exhibitor.
  • City of Thomaston reserves the right to reject or remove from the market any items considered unsuitable.
  • There will be electricity provided for an extra fee of $15 for individual booths in limited areas (Only Available at Greatest Generation park)
  • Vendors are invited to decorate their booth for the season!
  • Before leaving your space you must clean up any trash, etc. Please do not leave any unsold items.
  • Vendor will also give a list of Items that will be sold.
  • Notification of booth assignments will be given one week in advance by email.

Prices

Food Truck Vendor Space $100 Non-refundable Please select this if you are applying as a Food Truck.
Food Vendor Space $50 Non-refundable This fee covers 1 (10x10) booth space.
Electrical Fee $15 Non-refundable This fee covers the cost of electrical. We CANNOT provide power for food trucks.
