Overview of Event

The Seafood Fest is an outdoor event celebrating a variety of local seafood options and family fun hosted at the Waterford Lakes Town Center in Orlando. This event is free to the public and hosted on Saturday, November 9, 2024, from 12:00-6:00 pm. The event takes place in the parking lot in front of Regal Cinemas.

Similar to our Expos, businesses are onsite showcasing local products, services, and resources for families. Vendors offering unique and handcrafted items will also be onsite. This event is an outstanding opportunity for sponsor branding, marketing, product or service showcase, cross-promotion, and a powerful vehicle for positive community influence.

We anticipate 6,000+ people to attend the Seafood Fest. Because our focus is on families, no alcohol is allowed at our events!

Our mission is to provide a way for local businesses to promote themselves and what they do to their local community. Providing a quality experience to both the exhibitor and the consumer is the principal to every show. We connect businesses with consumers in their target markets. Every show is created with that concept in mind.

Advertising, Publicity & Promotion

The East Orlando Seafood Fest is heavily promoted using a combination of radio, print, digital and social media advertising. Waterford Lakes Town Center will also be promoting the event via center wide advertisements & email blasts.

What Makes Our Events Different?

Our events are different because we do not charge an admission fee or for the fun activities onsite whereas other shows charge $10 or more per person just to enter. We want our attendees to focus on our sponsors and vendors and have a great time at the event.

These events are big draws. Our attendees love participating in and watching them, and they provide a great opportunity for media exposure prior to and during the event. You can sponsor the photo booth, balloon twister, face painting, reptile petting zoo and more.
