Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Sunday Family Funday! Browse through our applications and let us know if you have any questions. This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
  • All accepted vendors must be in full compliance with both City and Couty regulations.
  • Vendor load in will begin at 11 am and will conclude at 2 pm.
  • There will be no load in allowed after 2 pm for any reason.
  • This is a rain or shine event. All deposits and payments are non refundable and non transferable.   
  • Once load is complete, all personal vehicles are required to park at the parking lot located at 660 NW 7th Avenue, North Miami, FL 33168.
  • All tents must be weighted and secured. No spikes are allowed.
  • Vendors are responsible for their own power source, lighting and water.
  • Vendors are responsible for their own tables and chairs.

Prices

Food Truck (16 feet max) $250 Non-refundable By applying to to vend at The Sunday Famiy Fun Day, you are agreeing to all related fees and requirements.
10x10 Food Tent $200 Non-refundable By applying to vend at the Sunday Family Fun Day, you agreeing to all the related fees and requirements.
10x10 Tent (Product Vendor) $150 Non-refundable By applying to vend as a products vendor for Sunday Family Funday, you are agreeing to all the related fees and requirements. In addition, you are agreeing that you are an authorized agent and or creator of the products for sale and that they are in compliance with the regulations and laws of the State of Florida.
10x10 Arts & Crafts Vendor $100 Non-refundable By applying to vend as a arts and crafts vendor for Sunday Family Funday, you are agreeing to all the related fees and requirements. In a addition, you are agreeing that you are an authorized agent and or creator of the items for sale and that they are in compliance with the regulations and laws of the State of Florida.
