Oakboro Fall Festival

Location: Oakboro District Park 

We are so honored that you"re considering becoming a vendor at our Oakboro Fall Festival located in Oakboro, NC. Sunny Day Markets, LLC will be your host. Supporting small like YOU is our passion. Nothing is more important than our vendors. This festival will consist of food trucks, vendor show, pumpkin painting axe, throwing, bounce houses fairy hair, face painting, permanent jewelry & more to come.

We have 50 vendor spaces available and excited to have you apply. We will carefully consider each vendor based on the quality of their merchandise and the mix of their products. So please make sure to fill all questions out to the best of your ability. Once accepted your card will be charged and you will receive an acceptance notification through eventeny. ALL ACCEPTED VENDORS are highly encouraged to join The Sunny Day Markets Vendors group. 

The vendor fee is $85 a space. All spaces will be allowed a 10x10 tent and we REQUIRE tent weights. Tables will NOT be provided for this event! This event will START at 10AM and end at 3PM! There will be NO breaking down early unless severe weather and approved by the Sunny Day Markets administration.

WEATHER POLICY: While most of the times all markets are RAIN or SHINE! There is a chance the weather will be severe and compromise the safety of others! The safety of vendors and patrons always comes first! In the chance of weather cancellation, we have a NO REFUND / NO CREDIT policy.

All vendor fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. NON-TRANSFERABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Wifi will NOT be provided for this event!

Power: There will be no power accessible at this event.

You will have to park and carry your products into the park. Bring a wagon! If you are not able to carry your products this may not be the event for you.

Sunny Day Markets, LLC - No Refunds & No Transfers Policy for Vendor Booths

1. No Refunds Policy All vendor booth sales for events hosted by Sunny Day Markets, LLC are final. Once a vendor booth has been reserved and paid for, there will be no refunds issued under any circumstances, including cancellations by the vendor. By purchasing a vendor booth, you agree that the sale is non-refundable and cannot be reversed. This policy ensures fairness to all participants and helps us plan and execute successful events.

2. No Transfers Policy Vendor booth reservations are non-transferable. This means that once a booth has been purchased, it cannot be transferred to another party, vendor, or event. Any attempt to transfer your booth to another individual or company will void the reservation without refund or compensation. We do not allow transfers between events or to other vendors.

3. Agreement By reserving a vendor booth with Sunny Day Markets, LLC, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this No Refunds & No Transfers Policy. This policy is binding upon confirmation of your purchase.
