About the event

Come join us for a Monster Mash Dance sponsored by The City Of Statham, Statham Halloween Inc and The American Legion Post 163. We will be having a dj spin the tunes, food and drinks for purchase and a costume contest with prizes. All ages welcome! Kids under 5 get free admission.

Welcome to the Halloween Monster Mash ! 
This is an electronic agreement and by completing this application, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.  Please let us know if you have any questions about the application.

Terms & Conditions

In consideration of vendor's participation in and selling at City sanctioned/sponsored event, vendor agrees to the following Terms and Conditions.

1.  All spaces are assigned on a first come, first served basis upon approval. Vendor spaces will not be reassigned on the day of the event.  Approved applications are non-refundable if applicable. 
 
2.  Set up will begin at 4pm, and should be completed by 5:30. 
 
3.  Vendors are REQUIRED to clean up around their space after the dance is done. There will be several trash containers provided. 

4.  Vendors are not allowed to leave their truck/space unattended during the event.
 
5.  If applicable, vendors intending to sell food must have a current license. If you have not vended in Barrow County this year, you also need a free permit . This can be obtained on the Barrow County Fire Marshall website.  
 
6.  All Vendors shall comply with the sanitary rules and regulations of the County and State Health Department.  All food must be properly displayed, fresh and prepared in accordance with all local, state and federal regulations.
 
7.  All vendors must show respect to the community (our customers), other vendors and the event staff.  
 
Prohibited items include, but are not limited to:  knives, all contraband, pyrotechnical items, firearms and any items that realistically resemble firearms. No vendors are to be consuming alcohol or drugs while on duty and smoking and vaping is only to be in the approved areas. Absolutely NO smoking in your vendor area. If a vendor is observed selling product(s) that were not approved on the vendor application or by event staff, the vendor will be asked to stop selling immediately and will be considered in violation of the vendor agreement and face possible removal from the event.
