Food, families, art and fun!

Food trucks are a key component of Overlea ArtsFestival. With no restaurants in walking distance, you have a captive audience for the day. Nestled in a cul de sac in Baltimore County, Overlea ArtsFest draws families and friends from the local community as well as artists and their followers from across the city and the state. Here, you are the star of your culinary delights!

Terms & Conditions

Food Vendor area is in the circle at the end of Elmont Avenue. We do not supply tents, tables, extension cords or water access. Picnic tables are set up nearby for food patrons to eat.

 

Please provide a “Certificate of Insurance” for liability coverage and add “Overlea ArtsFest, Inc.” and “Baltimore County, MD” as additional insureds for this event.  See the additional required waivers for info on generators, permits and other important info.

 

You must sign and submit for our files: 

1) Baltimore County Recreation and Parks Waiver

2) Baltimore County Recreation and Parks Requirements (including food) 

3) Certificate of Insurance

 

• Your truck must be ready at 10 a.m. and remain until 5 p.m. 

• You can come as early as 8 a.m. to set up. The festival ends at 5 pm, but you may stay until sundown when the park closes.
