Welcome to the Miami Cookout 2024! Browse through our applications and let us know if you have any questions. This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically. Please note, the rates shown here are early bird rates and will expire on Septemeber 13th. New vending rates will apply on September 14, 2024.

Terms & Conditions

  • All accepted vendors must be in full compliance with both City and Couty regulations.
  • Vendor load in will begin at 11 am and will conclude at 2 pm.
  • There will be no load in allowed after 2 pm for any reason.
  • This is a rain or shine event. All deposits and payments are non refundable and non transferable.   
  • Once load is complete, all personal vehicles are required to park at the Trinity Church parking lot located at 12685 NW 7th Avenue, North Miami, FL 33168.
  • All tents must be weighted and secured. No spikes are allowed.
  • Vendors are responsible for their own power source, lighting and water.
  • Vendors are responsible for their own tables and chairs.

Prices

Application fees $25 Non-refundable There is a $25 non-refundable application fee which is charged upon application.
10x10 Food Tent $200 Non-refundable This rate will increase by $100.00 (6) days prior to the event date if not secured before September 16th, 2024.
Food Truck (16 feet max) $300 Non-refundable This rate will increase by $100.00 (6) days prior to the event date if not secured before September 16th, 2024.
10x10 Tent (Product Vendor) $125 Non-refundable This rate will increase by $100.00 (6) days prior to the event date if not secured before September 16th, 2024.
10x10 Corporate tent $500 Non-refundable This rate will increase by $100.00 (6) days prior to the event date if not secured before September 16th, 2024.
