About the event

We are so excited to announce our 3rd Christmas show of the season! Net proceeds from this event will go to the Fern Creek Highview United Ministries Inc. FREE ADMISSION FOR MEMBERS & NON-MEMBERS! Mr. and Mrs. Claus will be greeting everyone with a beautiful backdrop for free holiday photos. We are accepting handmade artisans only. Painters from all mediums, Weavers, woodworkers, soap makers, jewelry makers, flower arrangers, knitters, fiber artists, quilters, leatherworkers, stained glass and more! Direct sales will be accepted if your items are not in direct competition with a handmade artisan.

About the application

Welcome to the Holiday Market at Woodhaven! Browse through our application and let us know if you have any questions.  Net proceeds from this event will go to the Fern Creek Highview United Ministries Inc. 
 
THIS EVENT WILL BE ON SUNDAY, DECEMBER 15TH!
 
NEW THIS YEAR!
We will distribute $5-$25 coupons to the first 25 people through the door.  When presented, please discount their purchase and hold on to these as I will be visiting each booth throughout the show and will reimburse you in cash for each coupon you collect.  Each coupon will be numbered and initialed by me. 
 
Food, drinks and adult beverages will be offered for sale by Woodhaven Country Club!
 
This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically. 
From time to time, we have customers who have been to one of our shows and ask us about vendor information for something they saw and want to purchase or purchase additional items.
With this new application, you will be able to set up your online marketplace to sell your craft online, FREE of Charge!

No problem! The Eventeny website has multiple ways to show you how easy to set up your online business. 
 
                             ONLY HANDMADE ITEMS ALLOWED!
(However, we will allow small businesses if they do not directly compete with the handmade artisans.)
 
To ensure a variety of vendor offerings, we will limit the number of categories of art mediums/food.
 
PLEASE NOTE: The following vendors have secured their spot for the show.  If you sell something similar, please contact us first before completing the application.

Terms & Conditions

By submitting your application & payment you agree to and will adhere to these rules and regulations.
1. Your space is only reserved once you are approved, and payment is made. 
2. (1) 8' table and 2 chairs come with your booth space. These will be in place the morning of move in. We will be unable to accommodate requests for table and chairs day of show.
3. Please keep your items within your booth space.
4. No sales are permitted outside your space.
5. Booth spaces will be first come, first served basis, unless sponsor space is reserved.
6. To be fair to other vendors, please only sell items listed on your application.
7.Setup is between 7:00 am – 9:45 am SUNDAY morning.  Vehicles, trailers, etc must be moved to the parking lot by 9:45 am. Please do not load out until after 3:00 pm
8. No music allowed except approved by show management.
9: There are a few areas in the building that have electric outlets. Please notate on your application and we will make every effort to accommodate you.  Generators are not allowed. 
11. Trash bags will be distributed to all vendors; you are responsible for leaving your area tidy each day.
12. Refunds for cancellations are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.  If a refund is approved, credit card fees will be deducted from refund.
No shows will not receive a refund and may hinder your approval to upcoming shows. 
                                     Now onto the legal stuff...
By submitting your application, you agree to hold harmless ArtSpark Productions, staff, volunteers, etc from any and all claims, actions, liabilities, suits, injuries, demands, obligations, losses, settlements, judgements, damages, fines, penalties, costs and expenses, including attorney fees and other expenses.

Prices

8 x 8 Booth $75 (+ tax and fees) Non-refundable Single booth space is 8 feet wide and 8' feet deep. Price includes (1) 6' X 6' Table and two chairs per space. We will be unable to accommodate requests for these items day of show.
16 x 8 Booth Space $125 (+ tax and fees) Non-refundable These larger spaces will be on the end of the rows where you can set up your booth to be open on three sides. Price includes (1) 6' X 6' Table and two chairs per space. We will be unable to accommodate requests for these items day of show.
8 x 5 Booth Space $50 (+ tax and fees) Non-refundable These booths will be located in a small alcove to the left of the entrance near the Christmas carolers. Two entrances into the space. (Please see map)
