About the event

Helen on the River, here we come! Robin Roberts Promotions is excited to bring the Helen's Seafood & Music Festival on the Chattahoochee River to Helen on June 20 - 22, 2025. Join us at Riverside Park along the Chattahoochee River with the downtown pavilion. The Park sits in the trendy grassy area. It is a beautiful location for a seafood, music, and crafts festival. Food vendors from around the Southeast and beyond will join us for this three-day festival, where the many visitors will enjoy fresh seafood dishes of all kinds, as well as other cuisines for the non-seafood lovers. There will be something for everyone. Festival visitors will also be able to listen to nationally and regionally known live music and enjoy juried handmade arts and crafts from artisans throughout the country. Helen is a mecca for those who wish to enjoy a vibrant, urban area that has an endless variety of nearby outdoor activities, such as biking, hiking, climbing, fishing, and golf. Helen is the perfect location for a family-friendly show. So visitors of all ages are welcomed to come out and join us!

Welcome to the event! Browse through our applications and let us know if you have any questions. This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

 

In Helen 2025, we are only accepting 12 prime vendors for this show.  Your deposit is $500.00.  This is done on a first-come first-serve basis. All shows in 2025 will be limited to 12 prime vendors only.

 

Note:  WE DO NOT REFUND ANY MONIES FOR ANY REASON. Paid fees cannot be transferred to another show.

 

There is no electric in this park so everyone must use generator.

 

All payments must be made through Eventeny.

We are only taking 12 prime food vendors

 

Deposit for Food vendors is $500.00


 All vendors must pay the $30 application fee.

 

All fees must be paid through Eventeny

 

ALL vendor booths will be on the grass with weights attached to each tent leg or staked into the ground.

 

No music playing in your booth during the show.


No alcohol beverages in your booth during the show.


No sub leasing of your space. Artist/vendor must be present at the show all days.
 

Weather permitting, vendors will be allowed to drive to their spot, unload quickly, and move their vehicle out of the park.

  • Do you have a refrigator truck and size if no enter 0
  • Food Vendors will have a Class K for Oil and a regular one up to date.
  • Propane tanks will be tied together or in a container that doesnt tip over
  • NO cooking behind your booth
  • Gray Water and Grease are your responsibility to dispose of
  • No garbage left around your booth or on the sides. I will shut you down
