Prepared Food vendors include anyone selling value added food made by that vendor (no resale allowed). Things like burritos, jam, baked goods, etc. belong here.

  • If you answered yes, to the question above and plan to offer products that contain CBD, please upload your Certificate of Analysis showing that your products contain <0.3% THC.
  • What is one food item that you source locally? Where do you source that local food item from?
  • In order to accept food assistance tokens at your booth, you will need to have a current Nutrition Incentive Trining (NIT) Certificate. Do you agree to submit your current NIT to Management before accepting any food assistance tokens?
  • What size booth will you need throughout the year?
  • Tell us any other booth requests you would management to consider when scheduling (what area of the park? what booth number if same as last year? who you want to be next to? are you handicapped/have any physical limitation?)?
