About the application
Vendor space for prepared food and/or beverages and for farmer's market vendors. If you are any other type of vendor (arts, crafts, merchants, services, political parties, or nonprofit) please return to the main event page and select the appropriate vendor application.
Most vendor spaces are a 12’ x 12’ area, and there are a limited number of extra large spaces. If you have a truck or trailer that extends beyond 12'x12', you will need to select and pay for an extra-large food truck space.
We have very limited access to electricity and will try to accommodate requests when possible. As an alternative, quiet generators are permitted. If a generator is too loud or disruptive, vendors will be asked to make other arrangements and/or be removed from Marketfest without a refund.
All vendors must provide their own tables, tents, chairs, etc. Additional information is available at www.marketfestwbl.com. This is an electronic agreement and by submitting this application, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.
About the event
Marketfest is a free summer festival in beautiful downtown White Bear Lake that runs Thursday evenings from 6:00 to 9:00 pm, mid-June though the end of July. In its 35thyear, it continues to attract locals and visitors who are interested in a lively, family-friendly atmosphere.
Each week two stages offer live concerts showcasing local bands from diverse musical genres including jazz, blues, rock, folk, country, and funk. The festival features children's games and activities, pony rides, a farmer’s market, and a classic car show. More than 200 vendors offer a wide variety of arts, crafts, merchandise, services and foods.
Terms & Conditions
Upon approval, vendors must submit a signed and dated copy of the Marketfest 2024 Vendor Agreement. A downloadable copy of the Vendor Agreement is available in this application and at www.marketfestwbl.com/vendor-application
Prices
| Food Truck/Trailer (12' x 24') | $125 | Non-refundable | If your food truck/trailer is longer than 24', let us know. |
| Food Booth (12' x 12') | $100 | Non-refundable | A single booth space is 12 feet wide and 12 feet deep. Vendors must provide their own tent, table, chair, etc. If you need a large space than 12'x12', please select the XL Booth Space option. |
| Farmer's Market Booth (12' x 12') | $50 | Non-refundable | Vendor space for locally made, grown, and raised products including locally grown fruits and vegetables, canned or baked goods, plants and flowers. |
