About the application
Sunday, February 02, 2025 from 10am to 6pm in the Anime Paradaisu parking lot.
This event is designed to give our local fan artists a way to show off and sell their work.
Food trucks will be on site and we will be setting up some fun outdoor games for everyone to play in between shopping with our amazing artists.
Sellers will be given a full table, 6ft of space! You are more than welcome to buy multiple spaces if you would like. Table sharing is also fine. If you plan to share a table, please submit photos of both people's work.
We provide tables, tablecloths, chairs, canopies, and water for all the sellers.
This is a family friendly event! All adult materials must be covered! Anything above 16+ must be censored.. Booth types:
End of Aisle booths get 3 tables
Corner booths get 2 tables
Solo and Shared booths get 1 table
All booths come with 1 chair! Additional chairs and tables can be added during booth selection.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
Please be aware that tables not claimed by 12pm on the day of the event will be considered abandoned! They will then be offered to the next person on the waitlist! If you need to arrive after 12pm that day, please contact the store so we can make a note on your space.
Refunds for cancellations:
August 31 - December 31 : 100% refund
January 1 - January 20 : 50% refund
January 21 - February 04 : No refund
We will no longer be accepting walk in vendors! For any abandoned spaces, we will only be contacting people on the waitlist to take tables! Booths may not be given away to unapproved vendors! If you cannot attend, you are not allowed to give your booth to someone who has not been approved by Anime Paradaisu. If a booth is given away without approval, the person running the booth will be asked to leave without refund.
