Dealer Application

**DEALER TABLES ARE CURRENTLY SOLD OUT.  IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE ON THE WAITLIST PLEASE FILL OUT AN APPLICATION AND SUBMIT IT**

Thank you for your interest in selling at VinylCon! Please fill out the application and we will get back to you shortly.  Please note your card will be charged upon application approval.  Tables space is a standard 6'x2.5' banquet table.  You'll have space behind your table(s) for a free standing display, you will not be able to hang anything on the walls.  Maximum four tables per vendor! Tables fees cover both days.  Sorry, no single day tables.  Load-In will be available Friday as well as Saturday morning before the show.  Show hours are Saturday 10am-5pm, Sunday 10am-4pm.  We expect vendor space to sell out before the show so don't wait too long to sign up!

Dealer fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.  If you provide enough notice that we can resell your tables we may offer a refund at our discretion, we may also approve transfer of table space to another vendor at our discretion.
