About the application

Artisans & Crafts People can now create an online presence to promote their wares!Thank you for your interest in selling your fine arts and crafts at the Overlea ArtsFest! It is our goal to offer unique, original and locally-based art products to our attendees each year, and to provide a “pro-artist” event for our contributing artists and crafts people.

We are looking for individual emerging artists, professional artists, specialty crafts artists, art galleries, art groups or collectives, and creatives who produce hand-made items. No mass produced items will be considered. All booth submissions will be reviewed for acceptance to the festival.

• All information fields must be filled out completely.

• Artists and craft people can purchase either a single booth or two booths side-by-side to encompass your display. Your displays cannot extend past the limits of your tent. We only have 8 locations that we recommend for double booths. Please read the description and choose wisely.

• Carefully review the Baltimore County Requirements document to ensure that you adhere to the rules

• Please submit three photo images that are representative of your artwork or products, and one image of your usual booth setup for consideration. Preference will be given to vendors based in Maryland.

• You must have a tent to cover your booth and provide your own table/chairs/displays.

• Your booth must be ready at 10 a.m. and remain until 5 p.m.

• You can come as early as 8 a.m. to set up. Your booth must be broken down by 6 p.m.
