About the event

The Maine Fishermen’s Forum is a three-day annual event held over the first weekend in March at the Samoset Resort in Rockport, Maine. The Forum brings together fishermen, sea farmers, gear suppliers, state and federal scientists and regulators, and other stakeholders for education, collaboration, commerce, and more. The Forum offers dozens of educational seminars throughout the weekend, a lively tradeshow floor with 120 marine-focused vendors, health checks and health resources for fishermen, children's programming and family entertainment, a live and silent auction to provide scholarships to students of fishing families, and fun-filled evening meals and entertainment.

About the application

Be one of up to 120 exhbitors at the 50th Anniversary of the Maine Fishermen's Forum on February 27, 28, and March 1, 2025. Set up your account here, and use this form to apply for exhibitor space.

 

This year The Forum is accepting exhibitor applications and managing vendor requirements on the Eventeny Platform. All steps of the process from insurance forms to logos and ads will be attached to your Eventeny online exhibitor account and managed in the MFF office by our staff. 

 

Your application will be reviewed and your payment will be processed through this form to reserve your space. You may select payment with a credit card or an ACH payment through the secure platform.

 

 

Terms & Conditions

An approved application and payment will hold your space for the March 2025 show.

 

Tradeshow Space Assignment:

You may indicate location preferences for tradeshow space on this application and we will make every effort to fulfill requests. Preference will be given in the order that applications are received. Tradeshow locations will be assigned in the fall. 

 

Table or Booth:
All tables are for displays only. Booth space is required for exhibitors selling merchandise at their space. 

 

Show Insurance:
A certificate of insurance must be received to issue your contract for exhibitor space. Contact your insurance company to request event insurance of no less than $50,000 property damage and $1,000,000 personal injury, naming the Maine Fishermen's Forum as a certificate holder. Most insurers will provide this free or for a small fee for their clients. If you do not have an insurer who can provide this coverage, please contact forum@mainefhishermensforum.org for information on how to obtain this insurance through our provider.

Cancellation: 
Exhibitors have the right to cancel this agreement by written notice to Maine Fishermen's Forum through email at forum@mainefishermensforum.org. For cancellations received prior to December 1, 2024, Maine Fishermen's Forum shall refund 50% of payment. After December 1, a 50% refund will be made if the booth is resold to a party on the waitlist. No refund will be made after December 1, 2024 if show space that cannot be resold. 

 

Load-in and Show Times:

Load in and set up is on Thursday, Febrauray 27, 2025 between 8:30 a.m.and 3:00 p.m. The trade show is open for viewing on Thursday, February 27th from 3:00 - 5:00 p.m.; Friday from 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.; and Saturday from 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

 

 

 

Prices

Booth $1,095 The booth dimensions are the same as previous years at 10' feet wide with back drape and 3' side rail drapes. The booth includes a 6' table with a white cloth cover and chair. Your purchase includes a listing on the website, and in the printed program.
Display Table (you may not sell items in this space) $795 Non-refundable One 6' table that may be located on a center floor aisle, or against the lobby wall with a chair beside it. Tables are limited to 6 feet wide space and may not be moved out from the lobby wall. Tables do not accommodate selling merchandise. Includes a listing on the website, and in the printed program.
Electrical Outlet $60 Non-refundable Electricity at your space
Forklift Service $250 Non-refundable Engine move-in/move-out by a forklift service. Priced per booth.
Program Ad - Full Page $375 Reserve your full-page ad within the printed program. Ad specs measure 4.5 x 7.5
Program Ad - Full Color Back Inside Cover $750 Non-refundable One available full color inside cover ad on the last page.
