Be one of up to 120 exhbitors at the 50th Anniversary of the Maine Fishermen's Forum on February 27, 28, and March 1, 2025. Set up your account here, and use this form to apply for exhibitor space.
This year The Forum is accepting exhibitor applications and managing vendor requirements on the Eventeny Platform. All steps of the process from insurance forms to logos and ads will be attached to your Eventeny online exhibitor account and managed in the MFF office by our staff.
Your application will be reviewed and your payment will be processed through this form to reserve your space. You may select payment with a credit card or an ACH payment through the secure platform.

An approved application and payment will hold your space for the March 2025 show.
Approval:
Final approval of exhibitor applications is at the sole discretion of the Maine Fishermen’s Forum Board of Directors. The Board determines whether activities and positions of exhibiting companies or organizations are aligned with the mission and goals of the Maine Fishermen’s Forum, and in some cases an application may be withdrawn.
Tradeshow Space Assignment:
You may indicate location preferences for tradeshow space on this application and we will make every effort to fulfill requests. Preference will be given in the order that applications are received. Tradeshow locations will be assigned in the fall.
Table or Booth:All tables are for displays only. Booth space is required for exhibitors selling merchandise at their space.
Show Insurance:A certificate of insurance must be received to issue your contract for exhibitor space. Contact your insurance company to request event insurance of no less than $50,000 property damage and $1,000,000 personal injury, naming the Maine Fishermen's Forum as a certificate holder. Most insurers will provide this free or for a small fee for their clients. If you do not have an insurer who can provide this coverage, please contact forum@mainefhishermensforum.org for information on how to obtain this insurance through our provider.

Cancellation: Exhibitors have the right to cancel this agreement by written notice to Maine Fishermen's Forum through email at forum@mainefishermensforum.org. For cancellations received prior to December 1, 2024, Maine Fishermen's Forum shall refund 50% of payment. After December 1, a 50% refund will be made if the booth is resold to a party on the waitlist. No refund will be made after December 1, 2024 if show space cannot be resold.
Load-in and Show Times:
Load in and set up is on Thursday, Febrauray 27, 2025 between 8:30 a.m.and 3:00 p.m. The trade show is open for viewing on Thursday, February 27th from 3:00 - 5:00 p.m.; Friday from 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.; and Saturday from 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
