Notification of acceptance/non-acceptance will be sent by Friday, September 27th, 2024. All notifications will be complete by Monday, October 1st, 2024. PRODUCT and EXHIBITMerchandise must be of Native American or Native American inspired theme. Chinese Native American paraphernalia is not allowed. The event follows the guidelines of the Native American Arts and Crafts Act. Management will prohibit the installation and operation of any exhibits not meeting their approval. Vendors must bring enough stock for the entire show (4 days). If an exhibitor believes they are in danger of running out of stock, they must report to Festival organizer immediately. All articles and displays must be in good taste, with no reference to race, ethnic, gender, sexual or religious prejudice. No obscene items will be allowed. Taking orders ONLY for merchandise is not permitted. You may take special orders and collect names for mailing list purposes. BOOTH SPACE All vendor booths are on natural ground. Many spots have trees and uneven terrain within the assigned space. Vendors must furnish their own tent, display tables, skirting, chairs, extension cords, etc. Tables must be covered/skirted in tasteful fabric. All displays, transactions and activities must be confined to exhibitors assigned space. Signs, tents, canopies or any other part of display may not extend over or into the walkway. Booths cannot open late or close early at any time. ADDITIONAL FESTIVAL RULES Electricity is limited at Historic Square. If power is needed in your booth, you must indicate in the space provided on the application. Power needs will help in determining your location. Gas powered generators are strictly prohibited. Stone Mountain Park's Safety Director will be monitoring. Management provides after-hours security for the Festival area with the understanding that Stone Mountain Park is not, and will not be, responsible in any way for loss or damage to participants property. Exhibitors are responsible for their own personal and property liability. It is recommended that you bring at least one friend, relative or associate with you to assist for the four days. Vehicles are not allowed in the Festival area during show hours. Parking will be available adjacent to the Festival area. Coolers may be brought into the Festival area before opening for the day. No glass containers. Pets are NOT allowed in the Festival area during show hours. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please plan accordingly. GEORGIA STATE/COUNTY SALES TAX at 8% must be charged on all sales. Exhibitors are solely responsible for collecting, reporting and paying all sale taxes collected to the Georgia Department of Revenue, Compliance Division. Forms will be included in the Vendor Check-In Packet.
