About the application

Education and interaction make the National Night Out a fun way for the public to meet their law enforcement and community safe partners.  The free event promotes crime prevention awareness, neighborhood spirit and unity, and community-law enforcement partnerships. The event will offer booths, safety demonstrations, kids' activities, giveaways, community partners, vendors, food trucks, entertainment, and more!  Henderson Police K-9, Henderson Police Motors, Henderson Fire, and SWAT will be one of the biggest highlights of the evening with their breathtaking demonstrations.

Prices

Application Processing Fee $20 Non-refundable Non-refundable and due at time of application submission.
10'x20' Booth Space $150 Non-refundable All vendor fees are non-refundable after official approval and payment. Vendor booth cancellation after official approval / all fees charged or failure to check in, set up, and operate for the specified duration of the event will result in a 100% loss of all vendor fees paid and will incur a $250 Non-Compliance / Damage charge at time of occurrence. Should applicant’s credit card charge for vendor fees be declined at time of acceptance, vendor will be denied participation and the decline charge will result in vendor non-acceptance.
Late Fee $100 Non-refundable A late fee will be assessed to vendors who have been accepted to participate upon a space-available basis and who applied to participate after the August 5, 2024, deadline.
VENDOR NON-COMPLIANCE / DAMAGE FEE $250 Non-refundable In the event of any damage to vendor’s assigned space, surrounding area, or CITY infrastructure, or failure to comply with all Rules & Regulations will result in vendor being charged a $250 Non-Compliance / Damage Fee at time of occurrence.
