Welcome to the third annual DTFest 2024! We extend our warmest welcome to all attendees. As you navigate the event, we encourage you to explore our diverse applications. If you have any questions or require assistance, please do not hesitate to contact our team. Kindly note that this agreement is conducted electronically. By selecting the booths, you provide your electronic validation and approval of this agreement, acknowledging its terms and conditions. Attached herewith, you will find the comprehensive rules and regulations, as well as the application forms for your thorough review. Please carefully read and understand the contents. Given the limited availability of space, booth assignments will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis. To secure your desired spot, it is very important that you complete, sign, and return the enclosed application form. Additionally, kindly issue a check payable to 3E Entertainment, ensuring its receipt no later than July 30, 2024. If you have any queries or concerns, please contact us directly. About the event

DT Fest 2024 is a celebration of Nepalese culture, art, music, food, and handicrafts, organized by 3E Entertainment, which has worked extensively in managing professional events in the Nepali community in the Washington DC metro area for the past two decades. With all their experience and resources, they plan on making this event a grand success. Attendees can look forward to a colorful Kite Festival, an inspiring Art Exhibition, delicious food and drink, Festive Shopping with plenty of vendors to choose from, live music performances, and much more. We are also pleased to announce that we have partnered with KIOCH Partners of America K-Pals Inc. and Tender Heart Foundation as our non-profit partners. Part of the proceeds will benefit their great cause. "We are thrilled to bring back DT Fest for a third year, and we hope to make it even bigger and better than the last time," said the organizer of the event. "Last year's event was a grand success, and we were able to draw a huge crowd of 4500. This year, we have even more attractions and activities lined up, and we can't wait to share them with everyone."

Terms & Conditions

TERMS & CONDITIONS Please carefully review the following rules and guidelines for participation at DASHAIN TIHAR FEST (DTFest) 2024 as a vendor: Product Requirement: To participate as a vendor at the festival, you must be presenting and/or selling a product. Service providers, such as Law Firms, Accountants, Travel Agencies, etc., can only reserve a spot through sponsorship. Rental of Equipment: The Festival Committee will provide rental tents, tables, and chairs for vendors. Space Options: Vendors can rent a table or a 10' X 10' space, which includes two tables and two chairs. Spot Selection: Vendors will be asked to choose their spot on a first-come, first-served basis. Signage and Displays: Vendors are responsible for their signage and displays. Table Coverings: All tables must be covered, and vendors are responsible for providing their table coverings. Please ensure the table covering is white. Electrical Outlets: There will be no electrical outlets available at the festival. Sales Tax Responsibility: Vendors are responsible for paying VA Sales Tax on items sold. DTFest2024 will provide vendor names and Tax Identification Numbers to the Local Government in advance. Restricted T-Shirt Sales: Vendors are not allowed to sell T-shirts with Nepalese themes, as DTFest2024 reserves the right to sell Nepalese theme T-shirts. Permits and  Focus: The Festival will handle the necessary permits, making it easier for vendors. You can book your spot and focus on your products. Festival Day Guidelines: Loading/Set-up: Please arrive at the festival site between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Vendors coming after 10:00 AM will forfeit their space. All tables must be set up by 11:30 AM as the festival starts at noon. Festival Site Access: A 'permit' will be provided to access the festival site. To guarantee access, please place the permit on your car's dashboard. Unloading must be completed by 10:30 AM. Designated Spot: Each reserved table(s) will have a tag designating the spot. Changing the reserved spot is not allowed. Vendors may bring their own signage and tabletop displays or racks. It is mandatory to get your own WHITE table cover. Dismantling: The company providing the tents and tables will dismantle them around 10:00 PM. Your cooperation and compliance with these rules and guidelines are crucial for a fun, fulfilling, and thriving festival for all.
