Join us for the 3rd Annual Fantasy Market at the Conch Republic Seafood Co. Green St Fantasy Lot Friday, October 25, 2024 from 10 am to 4 pm for lots of great shopping, original local art, costumes & accessories, body painting,  fun entertainment and of course serious eats & drinks. Guests will enjoy a live radio remote with DJ spinning tunes, appearances by Fantasy Fest Royalty and official Fantasy Fest Merchandise.
 
Vendors, makers, artists, crafters, photographers, jewelry, apparel, costumers, toys, non-profits, sponsors, culinary, food trucks can set up in the Fantasy Lot and market to the thousands of revelers attending Fantasy Fest. Early bird vendors will be listed on the official Fantasy Fest website with a link to your store or social media.

Vendor Exclusions:
Almost all vendor types accepted except: Alcohol, Political Merch and Delta8. Daily Plan-it reserves the right to rescind certain vendor applications and offer a full refund if the laws of The State of Florida, The County of Monroe or The City of Key West change

 

PLEASE NOTE: Rules will be in your confirmation email
•            Each booth space is 10x10, more than one space may be purchased. Food Truck space is as needed
•            Setup will be on gravel
•            Vehicles will be able to drive directly to the vending spot and unload
•            There is no electricity available, use of quiet inverter type generators is limited (less than 55 dBA) with notice
•            There is LIMITED water available onsite
•            All participants are responsible for trash removal; if you generate it, you must provide a trash/recycling can AND remove it
•            NO single use plastic is allowed per City ordinance. This includes plastic utensils, plastic shopping bags, plastic lids, plastic beverage bottles, Styrofoam, plastic take-out containers and plastic straws to name a few. All plastics include, but are not limited to; plastic, bioplastic, corn plastic, sugar cane plastic, plant plastic, polystyrene, polymers, biopolymers, bio-derived and bio-based plastics.
•            NO balloons; mylar or rubber
•            Venue is directly near the waterfront; extreme care must be taken to ensure nothing ends up in the ocean
•            On site artists/face painters/body painters must meet specific criteria that involves absolutely no nudity at any point
*** There will be NO exclusive vendors but certain popular categories may be limited to a percentage of the total vendor count to ensure a well-balanced show.  Vendors will be limited to what may be sold based on what is listed in your application and within legal requirements. Daily Plan-it reserves the right to offer exclusivity to certain types of products. ***
 
CANOPIES:
Most accidents at events involve tent canopies.  It is your responsibility to minimize the risk.  There are two general rules regarding canopies which all participants need to remember:
• Your canopy shall be fully secured before setting up anything else.
• Be sure that your method of securing your canopy to the ground does not create an additional hazard.  Use approved straps to secure canopy weights. There is no staking.
•Due to the potential wind at this venue, each tent leg must have 20 lbs of weight minimum, #40 recommended either by sandbags, PVC pipe, dumbbells or water buckets.
 
INSURANCE
•            All participants must have liability insurance naming Daily Plan-it as additional insured and present proof before allowed to setup.

Conduct
The Fantasy Market is an all ages, pet friendly show. No nudity (in person or product) is permitted. Full bar, drink responsibly. All participants agree to conduct themselves in a manner that is professional, ethical and environmentally conscious at all times during the event.
 
BEFORE YOU REGISTER, REMEMBER, ROOMS ARE EXPENSIVE DURING FF. ALL REGISTRATION SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN 
NO alcohol sales permitted. Daily Plan-it has exclusive rights to assigning alcohol sales.
Booth fees must be paid-in-full before the show to guarantee space. You will be billed when you are accepted into the show
Refund Policy:
The 2024 Fantasy Market is a rain or shine event, no refunds given due to illness, weather, acts of God or terror. If Daily Plan-it cancels the Event due to dangerous weather condition determined by NOAA, 75% of vendors booth fees will be refunded.
