2024 Made in MiraBay Fall Market Food Truck

Thank you so much for your interest in being a vendor at the 2024 Made in MiraBay Fall Market! We are delighted that you want to be a part of this event.
 
Please note that products sold by vendors must be handmade. Applications by direct sales consultants, service-oriented businesses, or brick and mortar shops will NOT be accepted!
 
Before submitting your application, please read the following to familiarize yourself about MiraBay and our Market. MiraBay is a planned, coastal community, located just south of Tampa, along the Bay. “Made in MiraBay” is a group of creative residents who paint, sew, build, crochet, bake (and more!) one of a kind items. Our goal is to foster creativity amongst neighbors in Mirabay and surrounding communities. With the encouragement of our members and help of our Clubhouse managers, we organized 8 successful outdoor markets for MiraBay residents and local artists since November of 2021.
 
Organizers of the Made in MiraBay Markets, do not profit from vendor booth fees. They are purely volunteers. The booth fee vendors pay to participate is applied to any expense incurred for organizing the event (i.e. port-a-potties, vendor refreshments, etc.). Money remaining is then donated to local charities. 2024 Made in MiraBay Fall Market donation will go to Kay's Ministries 2024 Shoebox of Joy Campaign
 
The event is held on the green space in front of the MiraBay Community Clubhouse with food trucks placed in a circular drive around a water fountain. The event is open to the public. We have averaged between 30-40 vendors at our events and we expect to grow this year. Attendance has been strong, however we do not have a way to gauge numbers due the event is free and it is open air access. There are no gates for attendees to go through.
 
We have room for 50 vendors for this event and are expecting at least 35. We only have room for 2 food trucks. The MiraBay Cafe will be participating in this event and selling hamburgers and hotdogs. Food trucks selling this food items will not be accepted.
 
While this event is not juried, you do have the option to submit pictures of your items if you'd like as you are filling out the application.
 
All applications are subject to approval. Preference given first to MiraBay Residents, previous vendors, and those food trucks selling food for lunch meals. You will not be charged until you are approved. It may take up to a week for an approval/rejection notification. Thank you for your patience.
 
No electricity or running water is available. Set up is between 9-10am for food trucks.
 
Rain date for this event is Saturday, September 28, 2024.

You are invited to come support local artisans and their small business at the 2024 Made in MiraBay Fall Market! On Saturday, September 14, 2024, artists from MiraBay and surrounding communities will be showcasing their products and would love your support! Market will take place on the green space in front of the MiraBay Clubhouse from 10am to 2pm. Rain date for the event is Saturday, September 28, 2024 *Free Admission and Parking!*

Made in Mirabay and their affiliates will not be held responsible for any liability, lost or stolen or damaged merchandise or any injury occurring during the Made in Mirabay Market.  
 
If there is inclement weather and the organizers need to postpone the event to the scheduled rain date, the vendor/food truck will have the option to participate on the rain date or request a refund or apply their booth fee to a future Made in MiraBay Market. If the organizers choose to move forward with the event even though the weather may not be "perfect," but the vendor/food truck chooses to not participate, he/she will NOT receive a refund.
 
The vendor understands the vendor/food truck booth fee will not be refunded if he/she is a no-show and will not be welcomed in future Made in MiraBay Markets.
