The Colonial K9 Classic is a FREE three day action packed weekend event at the Jamestown Beach Event Park in Williamsburg, VA involving a Chesapeake Dock Dogs competition, adoptable dogs, vendors, food trucks and a beer garden. Free parking.

About the application

These Terms and Conditions contain the rules, regulations, and policies of the Colonial K9 Classic event.
  • Please set up on your agreed date(s) and stay until the end of the day unless previously agreed upon.  
  • Refer to the event map for parking and entry/exit procedures
  • Please complete breakdown and cleanup no later than sunset at each day of the event.
  • Must be approved by the Virginia Heath Department

Terms & Conditions

  • Use of equipment that could damage park grounds, park amenities or pose a hazard to the general public is prohibited.
  • Any changes to the permitted service shall be approved in advance by the Colonial K9 Classic committee.
  • The Colonial K9 Classic, Chesapeake Dock Dogs, James City County Parks and Rec and Muddy Marley's Dog Wash are not liable for any damage during this event.
  • $250 security deposit will be refunded after the agreed timeframe is performed and if no damage to park property has occurred.  No shows will not be refunded. 
  • 12% of total sales will be collected no later than 5 days after the event.
