Live in Peace, Love, & Pride at Mankato Pridefest 2024! Celebrate September 5th-8th. Events will include Pride Bingo on Thursday; Queeraoke on Friday night; Rainbow Run, Parade, Festival, and Pride Party on Saturday; and a Youth Party on Sunday. Admission is FREE!

About the application

Be a food truck or stand vendor at this year's 2024 Mankato Pride Festival on 9/7/24 from 12pm - 4pm! There is no application fee but all food vendors must agree to pay 15% of their sales for the day to South Central MN Pride.

Terms & Conditions

  • You may arrive at the park for set-up as early as 9:00 AM on September 7th. 
  • Vendors cannot begin setup prior to September 7th. 
  • Vendors should be ready to serve early arrivals at 11:45 AM and stay open until 4:00 PM.
  • Don’t forget to bring eye-catching price lists and signage to catch people’s eyes!
  • SCMN Pride Festival, including all food & beverage vending, will be held rain or shine.
  • Vendors are responsible for security of their items. SCMN Pride is not liable for lost or stolen items, injuries, or damages.
  • Vendors are responsible for all applicable taxes on sales.
  • Vendors are responsible for proper licensing and conformance to the law of your products and business.
  • Vendors are responsible for bringing any required tables and chairs.
  • Vendors are responsible for brings any required electrical cords. 
  • SCMP cannot gaurantee particular set-up locations. 
  • SCMP does not provide meal or beverage vouchers to vendors. 
  • All food vendors must agree to pay 15% of their sales for the day to South Central MN Pride.

  • Describe your vendor set up in detail. What will your stall look like (truck, trailer, etc.)? What are its dimensions?
  • Describe your technical electricity needs in detail (are you plugging in? how many outlets? what amperage? etc.). You will need to bring your own extension cords.
  • Please list the food/beverage items you plan to sell, their price, and whether they are Vegan/Vegetarian, Gluten Free, etc.
