Welcome to the event! Browse through our applications and let us know if you have any questions.This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Vendor/Exhibitor set-up begins 8am 10/27/24, exhibitors must check-in by 9am on 10/27/24 or table/booth is forfeited & non-refundable. Set up must be completed before doors open to the public. All exhibitor tables/spaces must be attended at all times. Exhibitor spaces MUST remain operational/intact during show hours and may not be broken down early. Exhibitors will be charged a $50 fee they leave early.
  2. Vendor/Exhibitor space sizes are as follows: 10x10 and 10x20 booths. Each exhibitor space comes with one table (approximately 6x3) and two chairs. Pipe and drape are not provided. Set up should be self-sufficient (grid, etc), and not spill over to your neighbor’s space. Any special set up requirements (large displays, etc.) require prior approval. Banners cannot hang on the wall.   If needed, electricity will be provided at the venue for an additional charge. It is advised that you bring any extension cords or accessories you require just in case.
  3. Vendor/Exhibitor agrees to hold blameless Triangle Terror Con, its staff/affiliates as well as the venue, its staff/affiliates against any loss/damage/theft/expenses/claims or actions arising from or during the Triangle Terror Con event.
  4. Vendor/Exhibitor acknowledges that Triangle Terror Con and its host venue will not provide insurance to cover exhibitor’s person(s) or their property and that it is the sole responsibility of the vendor/exhibitor to obtain insurance covering such loss.
  5. Triangle Terror Con in no way endorses any attending vendor/exhibitor’s merchandise, displays, views, beliefs, or actions. All vendors/exhibitors are deemed their own entity and do not represent the beliefs/views of Triangle Terror Con or its affiliates.
  6. Transactions including merchandise bought/sold at the Triangle Terror Con event are done so strictly between the buyer/seller, Triangle Terror Con is not responsible for the transactions between said parties. Each vendor is responsible for all Federal, State, and Local taxes as required by law.
  7. No illegal/stolen/copyright-infringed merchandise permitted. Pornography can be subjective and, if it is discretely displayed/not accessible or identifiable to children, it will likely be fine. Triangle Terror Con may ask that you curb/cover extreme displays. Final determination of what is deemed inappropriate will be made by Triangle Terror Con.
  8. Animals are not allowed, except for "legal service" dogs. No "emotional support" animals are allowed. (As defined by The Americans with Disabilities Act of NC)Tables/booths are non-refundable unless the show is canceled.
  9. Tables/booths are also non-transferable. Late check in (past 9am 10/24/27) forfeits table/booth. Exact location of vendor spaces are not guaranteed.
  10. Respect each other and yourself, we want you (and everyone else) to have fun. Any threatening/lewd/inappropriate behavior, drug use, or excessive drunkenness can result in removal from the show. No actual firearms permitted. Violations of the aforementioned rules may result in being dismissed and/or removed from the Triangle Terror Con event without a refund.

10x10 Booth $75 Non-refundable Single booth space is 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep.
10x20 Booth $140 Non-refundable
Electrical Outlet $25 Non-refundable
Food Truck $75 Non-refundable Food Truck spaces are designated in front of the building near the entrance on Foster St.
10 x 30 End Of Aisle Spce $160 Non-refundable Spaces are located at the ends of the center aisles, will include 3 tables set up in a U shape. No access to electrical outlets.
