Terms & Conditions

  1. Event promoter will determine the assignment of space upon receipt of payment based on first paid.
  2. Vendors may set up on Thursday, Nov. 21, but must be completely set up by 10 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 22.
  3. Vendors must keep all merchandise, displays, and promotions within their assigned space. Do not block aisles.
  4. Vendor is responsible for all state and local taxes.
  5. Promoter may create additional rules based as necessary.
  6. The vendor's room will be secured by the DoubleTree hotel security each evening. Vendors in the pre-function hallway are responsible for their own merchandise after hours. Promoter and DoubleTree Hotel assume no responsibility for theft, loss, or damages.
  7. If event is cancelled by Promoter for any reason, vendor's will be refunded all amounts paid for their space. In the event the vendor cancels or fails to appear, no refund will be made.
  8. No pornographic or illegal merchandise will be permitted in the vendor's room. No weapons OF ANY KIND are permitted at FanFusion 2024. Promoter will be the final authority on what is appropriate materials.

Prices

12x6 Booth $500 Non-refundable Single booth space is 12 feet wide and 6 feet deep. Pipe & draping on back & sides. Two 6' skirted tables in the front and two chairs. Electricity is additional. Booths are assigned at time full payment is received. Includes two weekend passes.
6' Table (in Vendor Room) $250 Non-refundable Vendor space is located in the vendor's room and consists of one 6 foot skirted table, one 6 foot back table, and two (2) chairs. Two weekend passes are included.
6' Table (Pre-Function Lobby) $125 Non-refundable Vendor table is located in the Pre-Function Lobby outside of the main vendor's room. Includes one 6 foot skirted table and two chairs. One weekend pass is included.
Food Truck $300 Non-refundable Food truck location in front parking lot of DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel during the weekend event. The food truck location will be featured on signage placed inside the convention space, and a flyer (to be provided) that will be added to attendee guest bags. Food truck is responsible for all sales taxes and licensing.
