About the event

The Solvang Theatrefest-ival 2024 will tak place on Saturday, October 5th in downtown Solvang! It will feature a street faire from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. and will also include live carnival themed performers, Kids Zone, and a special movie screening at Solvang Theaterfest in the evening. This is a family-friendly, free admission street faire.

About the application

This is an application for the inaugural Solvang Theatrefest-vial on Saturday, October 5th, 2024 from 10 a.m - 5 p.m. 
 
Solvang Theatrefest-ival will include a Street Faire from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. and will feature stilt walkers, acrobatic dancers and be part of the 50th anniversary for the Solvang Theaterfest. 
 
Beer and Wine will be available for sale and in the evening the movie "Wanka" will be shown inside of the Theater. 
 
All booths will be setup on asphalt and will be back-to-back.
 
We will take applications on a first come, first serve basis and there is a limit on how many vendor booths we can have on site. 
 
Please register early to secure your spot. 

ARTS & CRAFT / NON-PROFIT VENDOR RATES: 
Single Space: $200 
 
Double Space: $350
 
FOOD VENDORS RATES: $250 
All food vendors must have Santa Barbara County Mobile Food Facility Permit or obtain a Temporary Food Facility Permit. 
 
• No electricity available (if you need to bring a generator please indicate that on your application) 
• No WiFi available  
 
• ATMs are located in town. 
 
• Vendors will be notified if they are approved. 
 
• Space sizes are 
- Single (10’ x 10’) 
- Double (20' x 10') 
 
• You must provide your own tables, chairs and set-up. (Keep in mind, it can be windy or sunny at times, so you should be prepared to anchor your display/tables/tents and provide your own shade). 
 
• All booths need to be completely set up by 8:45 a.m. on the day of the event. 
 
• All vehicles must be off the street by 8 a.m. After 8 a.m. exhibitors must hand-carry items to the booths 
 
• PARKING IS NOT PERMITTED AT BOOTHS. 
 
• Vendor parking is available throughout town
 
• FOR PUBLIC SAFETY: No spray string, toy guns, caps or exploding devices are permitted.
 
• This is a rain or shine event.
