This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the spaces, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically. Categories:

3) Live Demos (Examples: Reiki, Tarot, Small business owners)
4) Bakers5) Direct Sales only at this venue. Accepting 60 vendors only6 ft Table (Bring your own table & Chair) Please send in your application. Your information, pictures and social media will be reviewed. Space is limited, please apply early.  Your Vendor Fee: Pays for Ads, Venue, Staff and your space.

Please read to avoid repeated questions: Set up:Arrive one hour before event to set up your table and area.Please arrive at 8:30am to begin your set up. Space: is indoors a 6ft table with two chairs space only.  Bring your own 6ft Table & Chair Electricity outlets is first comes, gets it (limited spots) Baked Goods: Must be wrapped or in a package to sell. Prepared in a safe matter (by NY laws) Break down: No early break downs! Looks bad if customers are still there. If you breakdown early you will not be able to sign up for future events. Tasha will give the signal to breakdown for the day. At the end of the event, you are responsible to clean your area and leave it it clean. Carry in and carry out policy. All fees must be paid the week of your acceptance. Cancellations: No refund if you cancel two weeks, week or days before event All vendors should have insurance if event is outside. Inside not needed. Parking: Lots of Parking I will advertise on all social media with paid ads: Rochester Area, Buffalo & Syracuse.We appreciate if vendors help in advertising. Vendors MUST advertise on their social medias the event as well Let's make this a success together! :) I have notice vendors are not promoting the events. The success of the day is a group effort as a whole. Please promote your business being at the event.
