| 10' x 10' Premium Booth | $650 | Non-refundable | Premium location booth spaces are 10’ x 10’ each, with a maximum allowable height of 12 feet, and include two badges each for a fee of $650 per space. Premium booths will be in the front or front middle of the hall. Vendor booths may consist of a maximum total of six spaces. Each booth space also includes one 6’ table and two chairs. Back wall pipe and drape is provided, but side wall pipe and drape is not supplied. Table linens will be provided. |

| Japanese Snack / Food Buyout | $275 | Non-refundable | This is the required food buyout fee that will be passed to the convention center in order to be eligible to sell Japanese candy / prepackaged snacks in the convention center. If you do not have this buyout on your application you are not allowed to sell any food items in the convention center. |

- I understand and acknowledge that all applications are charged upon approval, and if my payment fails, I will be contacted once to update the card within 5 days. After 5 days I understand that my vendor acceptance is forfeit.
- Do you agree to sharing your business name and email with our partner, Valley Expo, for the purposes of creating an exhibitor portal account to order convention services for Anime Milwaukee?
- Do you provide discounts to members of convention staff?

- Please include at least one clear picture of your booth setup, as well as actual images of the products that you are going to be selling at the convention. We will not take into consideration any mock-ups of items that have not been produced.
