Vendor Registration - Fairy Festival 2025

Indigo Lavender Farms welcomes all vendors, artists, makers and food vendors to register for our events. We strive to create a diverse shopping experience for all of our guests while providing a family friendly atmosphere. The application does not ensure acceptance to the event. You will be notified when accepted.

If I could be a fairy now, I'd learn a lot of things, What flowers find to talk about And what the birdie sings. I'd fly around the garden With the butterflies for hours, I'd find out if the honey-bee Says "thank you" to the flowers... Come one, come all to the Indigo Lavender Fairy Festival! Enjoy live music, vendors, food, kids crafts and more! We are looking for vendors all things Fairy, Whimsical & handmade. Payment confirms your agreement to the vendor contract terms:
 
• Payment reserves contracted vendor space at Indigo Lavender Farms only. Refunds may be given if Indigo must cancel due to safety concerns.
• No representation has been made to the vendor as to the number of visitors or other vendors that will actually attend the event.
• No electricity is available; vendors may set up small, quiet portable generators. Generators must be placed in a plastic or metal tray for leak containment.
• Porta-potties and hand sanitizer will be available only.
• These are outdoor events with uneven ground.
• Rain or shine - no refunds or subleasing spaces.
• Vendors are requested to “Like” and “Share” Facebook posts promoting the event. Join our Facebook and Instagram community @lavenderfarming.
• Set up may begin at designated times before the event as communicated by Indigo Lavender Farms. All vehicles must be out of the event area 30 min prior to the
start of the event.
• Please ensure tents are staked or properly weighted and no larger than rented space(s).
• Unloading will be available on the farm, however, there may be some distance across uneven ground to vendor spaces; mobile carts and assistance will be available but are limited.
• You will be directed to secure parking upon completion of setup.
• Vendors may breakdown any time after the end of the event.
• Indigo Lavender Farms is not responsible for any loss to property.
• Provision of vendor’s website address and/or FB or Instagram account names gives Indigo Lavender Farms permission to reference or link vendor’s website or FB or Instagram accounts in promotional posts relating to the event.
• Indigo Lavender Farms reserves the right to refuse entry to any person or to ask any person to remove themselves and any property from the premises at any time; any property left on the premises after the date of the event without approval in advance by Indigo Lavender Farm will become the property of Indigo Lavender Farms.
 
Indigo Lavender Farms is proud to be a Michigan Agriculture Environmental Assurance Program certified farm. Please remove all trash and contain or prevent any leaks of hazardous material including gasoline, acids, and other man-made substances that may harm the lavender plants, the ground water or surrounding flora. Please
do not open or otherwise tamper with any beehives or pick or destroy the lavender. Cutting of lavender may only be done in approved U-Pick designated areas under the supervision of and using equipment provided by Indigo Lavender Farms personnel. Any persons with known allergies to bee stings should ensure they have on their person medication necessary to respond to allergic symptoms and should make Indigo Lavender Farms aware of any such potential allergies. There is no smoking in the vendor area or on the farm. There are no animals allowed on the farm (with the exception of service certified).
