About the event

The Charlotte Chalk Art Festival (CCAF2024), a FREE, family-friendly two-day festival, will be held at NoDa Brewing Company North End, 150 W 32nd St, Charlotte, NC 28206 on October 19th and 20th from 12pm to 5pm each day. CCAF features a street chalk art competition for ages 12-17 and 18+. Festival goers will watch and cheer on the competitors and the artists creating the street chalk art gallery while enjoying various art-focused activities, music, and performance offerings, patronizing our curated arts, crafts, retail, food, and beverage vendors.

About the application

Non-Food Vendors: Spend TWO (2) days, October 19th & 20th, with us and market your handmade jewelry (Sold Out), painted glassware, natural soaps, candles (Sold Out), jams, handcrafted clothing items, items for pets, woodcraft, paintings, and other arts & crafts to our Charlotte Chalk Art Festival (CCAF) goers and competitors. We DO NOT guarantee sales or customer buying potential. Food/Beverage Vendor Application Is Closed-Spots Sold Out!
 
We will have an Artisan/Exhibitors marketplace and will strive to keep duplication of products to a minimum. Priority goes to Solo/EntrePreneurs and Small Businesses located in the surrounding Charlotte, North Carolina area. We will NOT ACCEPT MLM OR DIRECT SALES applications. Not all who apply will be accepted. You are REQUIRED to be onsite both days, October 19th and 20th, from 12 pm to 5 pm with a one-hour in-advance set-up time.
 
We are accepting submissions from the following categories:
Jewelry (Sold Out), Bags/Handbags, Accessories, Woodcraft, Photographic Art, Intuitive or Metaphysical Gifts, Clothing, Children's Products, Candles (Sold Out), Bath & Body Products, Stationery Items & Supplies, Home Decor, Live Caricature Drawing, Tarot Reading, Live Henna, Balloon Making, Artwork, and Other (fill in).
 
CCAF2024 will take place at NoDa Brewing Company North End, 150 W 32nd St, Charlotte, NC 28206. CCAF2024 is produced and sponsored by Creative Canvas Productions, LLC, Jerry's Artarama, NoDa Brewing Company, and Eventful Expressions NPC.

Terms & Conditions

The Charlotte Chalk Art Festival committee reserves the right to deny any application for any reason.
 
If accepted, you will be REQUIRED to sign a Vendor Liability Form.
 
CCAF2024 is a two-day RAIN OR SHINE EVENT EXCEPT FOR SEVERE WEATHER – NO REFUNDS ONCE ACCEPTED.
 
CCAF2024 committee reserves the right to CLOSE the festival on either day due to extreme weather or public safety concerns, without refund to vendor. We reserve the right to POSTPONE the festival prior to October 19th should there be an in advance warning of extreme weather, without refund to vendor. Should there be a POSTPONEMENT, the festival will be moved to a TBD date and all approved vendors will retain their space, without refund to vendor.

Prices

REGULAR Two Day Artisan/Exhibitor 10x10 Tent Application $125 Non-refundable We will have an Artisan/Exhibitors outdoors marketplace. We supply the White 10x10 weighted Tent (no walls), you bring your table, chair, and product offerings. If selected, you will be contacted and upon agreeing to participate, you will be charged the full non-refundable price. You are REQUIRED to be present for the duration of the festival; two days October 19th and 20th from 12pm to 5pm with a one-hour-in-advance set-up time.

  • Please upload a minimum of three (3) and maximum of four (4) .jpg or .png files, no larger than 800x800 (does not have to be exact squares) showcasing the products you intend to sell during the Charlotte Chalk Art Festival. NOTE: Photos may remain on this site for all to see before, during, and after the festival. Provide the best quality and highest resolution images suited to your intended customer.
