Payment and Registration:
All vendors/exhibitors must complete the registration process and submit the required payment to secure their participation in the 1887 Night Market.
Payment must be made in full by the specified deadline to confirm booth space. Failure to submit payment by the deadline may result in the forfeiture of booth space.
Cancellation and Refunds:
All sales are final. No refunds will be provided for cancellations or no-shows.
Vendors/exhibitors who wish to cancel their participation must notify the event organizers in writing by 5:00 PM on the Wednesday before the event date. Failure to provide timely notice may result in the forfeiture of payment.
Event Logistics:
The Night Market will proceed rain or shine. In the event of adverse weather conditions, vendors/exhibitors are responsible for ensuring that their booth setups and merchandise are adequately protected from the elements.
The only circumstance under which the Night Market may be canceled is if there is lightning present in the vicinity, posing a safety risk to attendees, vendors, and staff.
Booth Setup and Operation:
Vendors/exhibitors are responsible for setting up and maintaining their booths in accordance with event guidelines and regulations.
Booth spaces are assigned by the event organizers and may not be transferred, sublet, or shared without prior approval.
Vendors/exhibitors must adhere to all local laws and regulations regarding the sale of goods and services, including obtaining any necessary permits or licenses.
Liability and Insurance:
Vendors/exhibitors participate in the Night Market at their own risk. Event organizers are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during the event.
Vendors/exhibitors are responsible for obtaining their own liability insurance coverage to protect against any unforeseen incidents or accidents.
Conduct and Compliance:
Vendors/exhibitors must conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times and treat fellow participants, attendees, and event staff with respect and courtesy.
Any behavior deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or non-compliant with event guidelines may result in immediate removal from the premises without refund.
Indemnification:
By participating in the 1887 Night Market, vendors/exhibitors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the event organizers, sponsors, partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of or related to their participation in the event.
Changes and Updates:
The Night Market reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be communicated to vendors/exhibitors as needed.
