About the application

Applicants to the Waitlist will be advised of booth openings as they come available. Generally this occurs the week of the market. We send an email on Mondays asking if Waitlist vendors are available for that Saturday, and let them know as soon as we can if there is a booth available. (We send the list on Monday to pre-emptively know who can fill in cancellations. We have never had a market day where everyone who was originally scheduled for that day has shown up, therefore the Waitlist is used every week).
Prepared food vendors must follow all regulations for the Utah Health Department, and the Utah Department of Agriculture and Food. Be sure to read the Policies and Procedures Manual as we stick to it. The Daybreak Farmers Market does not accept food under the Homemade Food act for the regular farmers market. Food vendors for the regular farmers market are required to use either a Cottage Kitchen, or Commercial Kitchen. All vendors are required to have insurance.

About the event

Running from the 2nd Saturday or June - the 2nd Saturday of October, from 9:00am - 1:00pm, Located in the beautiful Daybreak Community of South Jordan, UT the Daybreak Farmers Market fills its 60 booth spaces with a splendid variety of artisan quality handicrafts, food and décor. The market is located on Daybreak's SoDa Row (we close down the street), with parking behind the buildings lining the street. On top of everything else attendees can enjoy live music and a welcoming atmosphere. Vendors will find a wonderful "vendor family" where each vendor is treated with warmth and respect. Well behaved pets are welcome (however we encourage keeping them off the asphalt on hot days).

Prices

Application fees	$30.00	Non-refundable	There is a $30 non-refundable application fee which is charged upon application.
"Standard" 10x10 Booth	$40.00	Non-refundable	Booths are $40/$50/$60 depending on the location in the market. Single booth space is 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep.
"Upgraded" 10 x 10 Booth	$50.00	Non-refundable	Booths are $40/$50/$60 depending on the location in the market. Single booth space is 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep.
"Premium" 10 x 10 Booth	$60.00	Non-refundable	Booths are $40/$50/$60 depending on the location in the market. Single booth space is 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep.
Food Trailer	$40.00	Non-refundable	We are not able to have Food TRUCKS at the Daybreak Farmers Market. Only Food Trailers. As per our contract with LiveDaybreak we cannot compete with the restaurants. The following types of food are not allowed to be sold at the Daybreak Farmers Market: Coffee, frozen lemonade, pizza, hamburgers, Korean food, Mexican food.
