2025 Jubilee Arts & Craft/Business Expo Vendors

Welcome back to the Jubilee! The Terrell Jubilee vendor expo is set to take place Saturday, April 26th through Sunday, April 27th. If you have any questions please contact Tori Gray at chamber@terrelltexas.com or 972-524-5703. 

Thank you for your involvement in the upcoming Terrell Jubilee event. Our goal is to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all participants. By securing a booth at the Terrell Jubilee, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to the guidelines provided below. Terms and Conditions:

• Merchandise and display of vendors is subject to the approval of the Terrell Chamber CVB staff, which reserves the right to require alterations, replacement, and deletions of any material or activity which is deemed inappropriate for the event.
• Terrell Chamber of Commerce / CVB reserves the right to change booth assignments at any time deemed necessary.
• The undersigned hereby elects to and does release the Terrell Chamber of Commerce /CVB and its respective officers, agents, and employees from any and all claims.
• Demands, rights, or causes of action of whatsoever kind or nature which the undersigned has ever had or may now have or may hereafter have, whether now known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, arising from or by reason of or any way connected with, any injuries, losses, damages, property damage or loss, or the results thereof, which heretofore has been even or hereafter may be sustained by the undersigned as a result of or in connection with or arising out of the undersigned’s participation in the Terrell Chamber of Commerce/CVB event.
• The undersigned acknowledges that in the case of severe or hazardous weather or
• any other act of God, there will be no reimbursement of booth fees or any other monies submitted to the Terrell Chamber of Commerce / CVB. No money of any kind or amount will be returned except in the case of booth space rejection by the Chamber staff.
• The Chamber allows only one business per booth. Vendors with multiple businesses will need to secure a separate booth for each business.

 Booth Assignment:

• Vendor booths are assigned at the discretion of the Terrell Chamber of Commerce / CVB. We aim to accommodate requested spaces; however, booth assignments are subject to change at any time, as deemed necessary by the Terrell Chamber CVB staff. The merchandise and display of vendors must be approved by the Terrell Chamber CVB staff, who reserve the right to require alterations, replacements, or deletions of any material or activity deemed inappropriate for the event.

Vendor Responsibilities:

• The undersigned hereby releases the Terrell Chamber of Commerce / CVB, its officers, agents, and employees from any and all claims, demands, rights, or causes of action of any kind or nature, known or unknown, arising from or connected with the undersigned's participation in the Terrell Chamber of Commerce/CVB event. The Terrell Chamber of Commerce / CVB will not reimburse booth fees or any other monies in the case of severe or hazardous weather or any other act of God, except in the case of booth space rejection by the Chamber staff.
• All sales, income taxes, FICA, or other withholding taxes related to the vendor's use of exhibit space are the sole responsibility of the vendor, in compliance with Texas Law.
• Vendors are required to provide their own tents, tables, chairs, WiFi hotspot, electronic devices, and any additional supplies they may require. Most booth locations are not shaded, so vendors must be prepared to provide their own shelter.

Exhibit Standards:

• Vendor spaces will be assigned based on our desire to offer an assortment of booths and completion of all required documentation. We have a limited number of spots per craft and accept only a specific number of vendors for each market. Anything deemed inappropriate for children will not be allowed to be showcased.

• Pre-packaged food vendors: All labeling must follow the State of Texas Cottage Law. All samples must be pre-packaged prior to the event. No electricity will be provided at this event, though quiet generators are welcomed. Each vendor must have their own booth location. Only one business is allowed per booth.

• Upon registering for the Terrell Jubilee, the vendor agrees that no legal recourse can be taken if the vendor violates any rules. If a vendor's booth is removed due to a violation of rules, the Terrell Chamber of Commerce/CVB will not be responsible for any costs expended by the vendor.
• This is an outdoor event. Vendors must ensure they are equipped accordingly. All tents must be anchored to the ground by weights at all times. In the event of high winds or extreme weather, booth owners are responsible and liable for the security and safety of their structures. Vendors should be prepared with rain covers and tie-downs.

Refunds:

• Vendor fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Vendors are not allowed to add live entertainment or another vendor/product without the approval of the Event Coordinator.

 Setting Up/Taking Down:

• Setup Schedule for Friday, April 25th:
  Business Expo ONLY (Booths 151-180): 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM
  Arts and Craft Vendors: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  On Friday, vendors will be allowed to drive their vehicles directly to the marketplace area from 9th St. to unload and set up.

If you choose not to set up on Friday, please note the following:

• Setup Schedule for Saturday, April 26th:
  Setup available only from 6:00 AM – 9:00 AM. We will have volunteers available to assist with unloading from  and we will be providing golf carts and wagons to help transport your goods from your vehicle to your booth space.
  Please note that hard barricades will be set up promptly at 9:00 AM, at which point vehicle access will be restricted, and assistance will be unavailable.
  No vehicle access will be allowed past the triangle (refer to map)

• Setup Schedule for Sunday, April 27th:
  Restocking on Sunday  6:00 AM – 9:00 AM. 
  We will continue to provide golf carts and wagons to help transport your goods from your vehicle to your booth space.  
  Once your vehicle is unloaded, you will need to park it in the designated vendor parking area and then walk to your booth.

• Vendor Showtimes: Saturday 9 AM - 5 PM & Sunday 11 AM - 4 PM..
• Kindly ensure you unload all items from your vehicle and relocate it from the event area before proceeding to set up your tent. This helps improve the flow of traffic.
• Vendors are not allowed to begin closing for business until 5:00 p.m. on Saturday and 4:00 p.m. on Sunday.

RV Information:

• Free limited parking for self-contained vehicles starting at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday prior to the event date.
• Police security provided on Friday and Saturday nights.
