About the application

This application is for retail vendors that have not yet participated in our 2024 season. Heard on Hurd (HoH) is the largest monthly food truck and music festival in the US. Each month, thousands of attendees venture into the heart of Edmond, Oklahoma. It is curated by Citizens Bank of Edmond and 2024 and began in 2014. Each month features over 70 food trucks, pop-up shops, local shopping, local food, and three live bands. The retail vendor fee is $120 for customers of Citizens Bank of Edmond and $150 for non-customers. If you are selected, we will submit your payment through Stripe the week before the event. Please note that payment are non-refundable.

About the event

Held every 3rd Saturday from March-October, Heard on Hurd is powered by Citizens Bank of Edmond and features over 70 food trucks, pop-up retail shops, and live music with three live musical artists. Right in the heart of downtown Edmond ,OK, Heard on Hurd brings the community together for local shopping, local food, and local music.

Terms & Conditions

All vendors must have a valid Oklahoma Sales Tax permit and provide proof of
permit to event organizers if selected.
All vendors are responsible for their entire booth set up. (e.g. tables, chairs,
extension cords, displays, signs etc.) Free Wi-Fi is provided but is not
guaranteed.
Electricity will not be available for vendors. Generators must be used.
Setup for vendors begins at 4pm on the day of event. All vendors must be
present by 5pm. Any vendors not present by 5pm will not be allowed to
participate.
Payments are due two weeks before the event and are non-refundable.
