Upon being accepted, we will send you a contract which you will need to return by July 25, 2024 as well as General Liability insurance documentation in the amount of $1,000,000 per occurrence/ $2,000,000 aggregate (minimum) naming Florian Raqueño Productions and City of Sherwood, its officers, agents, employees and volunteers as additional insured. The business name on your insurance MUST match the business name listed on this application.
No refunds are permitted after acceptance.
Sherwood Music Fest Vendor Terms and Conditions
Event Location: 22256 SW Washington St, Sherwood, Oregon 97140, United States
Event Dates: July 26 & 26, 2024
Vendor Eligibility: All vendors must apply and be approved by the Sherwood Music Fest Organizing Committee. Approval will be based on the suitability of the vendor's offerings in relation to the theme of the festival and compliance with all local health and safety regulations.
Space Allocation: Vendor space allocation will be determined by the Organizing Committee.
Specific location requests are not guaranteed. Each vendor will be allocated a space of 10' x 10', and the provision of additional space may incur extra charges.
Set-Up and Tear-Down: Vendors are responsible for their own setup and teardown. Set-up must be completed by one hour before the event starts, and tear-down must not commence until the official close of the event. Early dismantling is prohibited and may result in a penalty or exclusion from future events.
Fees and Payments: Payment will be charged upon approval. Late payments may result in the loss of reserved space.
Licenses and Permits: Vendors are responsible for obtaining all necessary licenses, permits, and insurance required to operate at the event. Proof of such documentation must be submitted to the Organizing Committee within two weeks of acceptance date.
Product Restrictions: Sale of illegal items or items that do not comply with the event’s theme strictly prohibited. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to remove any items deemed inappropriate.
Utilities and Amenities: Electricity, water, and Wi-Fi may not be available at all vendor locations. Vendors needing these services must make arrangements well in advance, and additional fees may apply.
Cancellation Policy: No refunds will be issued for cancellations.
Liability and Insurance: Vendors are solely responsible for any damages to property or injury to persons caused by their booth, staff, or operations during the event.
Compliance with Laws: Vendors agree to comply with all local, state, and federal regulations and laws applicable to their business operations and event participation.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes related to the event will be resolved at the discretion of the Organizing Committee. Decisions made by the committee are final.
Amendment of Terms: The Organizing Committee reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. All vendors will be notified of any changes prior to the event.
