You are applying to be a vendor at New York Suburban Golf Show.    

New York Suburban Golf Show returns to the Westchester County Center in White Plains NY, February 1 and 2, 2025 with the support of Westchester Parks Foundation. Featuring major Golf Club Manufacturers introducing their new Clubs for 2025, free 10 minute lessons, Women’s Networking Breakfast, Driving Range, Discount Pro Shop, Children’s Learning Area, Let’s Talk Golf Stage with hourly demonstrations, Vendors from Golf Travel Destinations, Golf Resorts, Golf Courses, Golf Industry products, Services and more.

By registering for one or more booths to exhibit at the New York Suburban Golf Show, you verify that you agree to the following terms and conditions:· NYSGC refers to the New York Suburban Golf Show, Westchester County Center (WCC) , Westchester Parks Foundation (WPF) and  Zanzarella Marketing Consultants (ZMC) .· Payment: No space will be assigned unless your application has been approved and full deposit has been paid. Applications must be submitted by December 1st, 2024Each Vendor Booth purchased comes with:· Choice of  One (1) 10 x 10 or 20 x 20 foot booth with pipe and drape, 1 six foot table, 2 folding chairs, and 1 garbage pail.· Electric and Wifi are included in the price of booth. Wifi service is not guaranteed as increased capacity may diminish performance. It is generally fine but if you feel you will need a dedicated line installed that can be set up for an additional charge. Please contact us if needed.· Four (4) “Working” passes. These passes are intended for the use of Vendors and Staff. Both items must be displayed at all times to ensure that those within the booth are registered Vendors. · Each additional booth will come again with the quantities listed above of each item and will follow the same rules/regulations. Jazmc@aol.com Exhibit Space· New York Suburban Golf Show reserves the right to assign Exhibit space and will do so with the good of the show in mind. New York Suburban Golf Show cannot guarantee that a competitor or similar product will not be located near you. New York Suburban Golf Show reserves the right to limit the number of like exhibitors.· Exhibit Space requires an authorized Exhibitor with a name badge in the contracted space at all times during show hours. · New York Suburban Golf Show will provide badges for each exhibitor. · Exhibitors will comply with the load in and load out schedules and must be up and ready to serve the public before the Show opens and until the published show close time each night. Use of Exhibit Space· Exhibit space must look neat and professional at all times. All furnishings, displays and products must remain in the contracted space. Any damage to the space is the Exhibitor’s responsibility. · No sharing or subletting of assigned space allowed.· Promotional literature/advertising must be relevant to the Exhibitor and The Show.· Only products and services approved by New York Suburban Golf Show will be allowed in the Show. New York Suburban Golf Show reserves the right to prohibit products or services that it feels are not suitable for the Show. Loading and unloading is at Exhibitor’s own risk. New York Suburban Golf Show is not responsible for any resulting claim or damage.· WCC has a food vendor on premises therefore no exhibitor is allowed to sell or giveaway food products without pre-approval. Exhibitors May Not·  Affix signs or promotional materials anywhere on the premise except in their assigned space.· Hold demonstrations or distribute promotional literature outside their assigned space.· Hand out helium balloons.· Operate mechanical devises in the contracted space or anywhere on the premises.· Use loud music or loud noises, which may distract other exhibitors. Microphones are not permitted. · Be relieved of financial obligations if contracted space is not occupied.Liability Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Promoter, sponsors, owners, Westchester County Center (WCC), County of Westchester, Westchester Parks Foundation (WPF), Zanzarella Marketing Consultants (ZMC), and their respective officers, agents and employees, against all claims, losses, suits, damages, judgements, expenses, costs (including, without limitation, reasonable legal fees) and charges of every kind arising out of or resulting from its execution of this License or its occupancy of the space herein contracted for by reason of personal injuries, death, property damages or any other cause sustained by any persons or others. Promoter shall not be responsible for loss or damage to displays or goods belonging to Exhibitor, whether resulting from fire, storms, acts of God, air conditioning or heating failure, theft, pilferage, mysterious disappearance, bomb threats or other causes. All such items brought to the Exhibition are displayed at Exhibitor’s own risk, and should be safeguarded at all times. Promoter will provide the services of a reputable security agency during the period of installation, show, and dismantling, and Exhibitor agrees that the provision of such services constitutes adequate discharge of all obligations of Promoter to supervise and protect Exhibitor’s property within the Exhibition. Exhibitor agrees that Promoter shall not be liable in the event of any errors or omissions in Exhibitor’s Official Directory listings or in any promotional material. Promoter makes no representations or warranties with respect to the number of Event attendees or the demographic nature of such attendees.
