Earth Day Fair Vendor

We're inviting micro-businesses, artists, and makers to join us as vendors and MAKE A PLEDGE to implement at least one sustainable change in your operation—be it reducing plastic use, minimizing carbon footprints, or any initiative that supports our planet.

 

This is an opportunity to showcase your unique, handmade crafts, wellness products, vintage finds, and one-of-a-kind art pieces to a supportive community and also a chance to be part of a movement towards a more sustainable future in the heart of Philadelphia.

Review Process: After you submit your application, our team will conduct a thorough review of your work to consider you for the event within 24 hours. If selected and approved, your registration fee will be charged. 

 

 

Setup Details: All vendors are asked to provide one 6ft table and to bring their own chairs (if needed), grid panel displays, easels, any materials needed for presentation.
 
Setup on the day of event begins at 11am. The event starts at 12pm and ends at 5pm. Upon approval all details will be emailed to you.
 
Sales: Vendors keep 100% of their sales.

REFUNDS /CANCELLATION/VENDOR CREDIT: 
The Live More Marketplace DOES NOT offer refunds for any reason. No refunds in case of inclement weather, acts of nature, or restrictions by governmental agencies to cancel the event, over which Live More Marketplace and Live24HRS  has no control. Vendor credit towards a future event will be assessed on an individual basis and dependent on special circumstances but NOT guaranteed as withdrawals/cancellations affect the whole market. Any withdrawal/cancellation requests must be requested 2 days in advance of the event to be considered for vendor credit. 
 
ASSUMPTION OF RISK:
 
I agree to indemnify and hold Live More Marketplace and Live24HRS and their officials, staff, and agents harmless of and from any and all actions, causes of actions of every kind in law or equity, suits, debts, liens, contracts, agreements, promises, claims, liabilities, demands, damages, obligations, loss, costs, and expense of any nature whatsoever, known or unknown, fixed or contingent, including, with limitation, attorney’s fees and court costs through and including any appeals, taxable or otherwise, incurred, either directly or indirectly, as a result of my participation in the Live More Marketplace, including but not limited to, any claims which might be made by myself, my co-workers, my agents, my employees, and/or any member of the general public.
 
I acknowledge that I am responsible for the security of my own property and expressly assume all risk of loss and/or damage to property arising either directly or indirectly from my participation in the Live More Marketplace. I understand and agree that Live24HRS is in no way responsible for my property or its safekeeping.
