About the application

 This event was created with a great deal of consideration given to making it a great 'vendors" event.  The venue, the area and the attendees we will draw should make it a great event for you!
 
  • Vendor's products/services should be in line with homesteading and/or preparedness needs/interests
  • A limited number of booths will be allocated for local businesses not directly related to event subjects
  • Applications will be juried to prevent too many vendors selling the same type of products    
  • Let us know if you need to depart early on Sunday and we will position your booth to make this easier
  • All vendors will be indoors unless an exception is agreed upon
  • Buildings are secured during closed hours

Terms & Conditions

  • Vendor set up will begin on Thursday May 1, 2025 at 10am and continue through 8pm.
  • No setup on Friday May 2 
  • Vendor tear down must be complete by 6pm on Sunday May4th
  • Please keep merchandise and advertising within the confines of your booth space
  • Please leave your booth area in the same condition you received it with tables/chairs in place
  • No loud music, noise making or sound amplification devices are permitted
  • Please be respectful and courteous to all
  • Limited spaces with electricity are available, if needed request when applying
  • Any issues or concerns you have with or about any vendors, presenters, speakers or event staff member should be brought to the attention of event management immediately

Prices

Single booth $100 (+ tax and fees) Non-refundable Price includes a 10' x10' booth with (1) table, (2) chairs. Pipes/drapes will mark booth limits.
Double booth $150 (+ tax and fees) Non-refundable (2) 10' x 10; booths spaces with (2) 8' tables and (2) chairs.
