| Mobile Unit / Display Space | Blue Zone | $3,250.00 | Non-refundable | 10' deep x 30' wide space (10' from the curb into the street) for your display unit or space for a display car and one 10x10 pop-up tent. Included in the fee is the city temp vendor permit ordered by the Pride organization. Your space location will be assigned by Pride in the Blue Zone and will be located on Palm Canyon between Amado Rd and Arenas Road. Your fee is for two days - Nov 2 and 3, 2024. PALM SPRINGS PRIDE FESTIVAL HOURS OF OPERATION * Saturday, November 2, 2024 - 11:00 am to 9:00 pm * Sunday, November 3, 2024 – 11:00 am to 4:30 pm *Power is provided during festival hours only. IF YOU REQUIRE MORE THAN 240 WATTS OF POWER, YOU MUST PROVIDE YOUR OWN WHISPER GENERATOR. |

Palm Springs Pride tries to provide an affordable insurance option for those who do not have an annual policy and are capable of naming Palm Springs Pride as additional insured. Palm Springs Pride offers a convenient option for purchasing one-time event insurance to participate in the festival. To purchase this insurance, place this item in your shopping cart. Please ask your insurance agent if they can provide you with the required insurance certificate. This item is available if you don't have another way to provide insurance. Event insurance may be available at a lower cost from another insurance provider. We encourage you to contact your broker for information. ALL EXHIBITORS/VENDORS MUST HAVE LIABILITY INSURANCE in the amount of $1,000,000.00, naming Greater Palm Springs Pride, Inc. as co-insured, and are required to provide proof of such insurance. A copy of your current/active certificate of Insurance must be uploaded to your dashboard no later than September 30 of the applicable year. - 11. If you are a 501(c)(3), email a copy of your IRS non-profit determination letter to exhibitor@pspride.org.
- 12. I hereby certify that I will be open and present at my booth during all advertised hours during the days I secure space at Palm Springs Pride. I agree to follow all rules and regulations set forth by Palm Springs Pride staff and understand that failure to do so can result in immediate expulsion. I will have no illegal substances or weapons on my person or in my booth or vehicle during the festival. I also understand and agree that Palm Springs Pride reserves the absolute right to accept or reject any vendor for any reason.

- 16. Seller's Permits: If you are selling and your business located in the City of Palm Springs, please email a copy of your valid Palm Springs Business License to exhibitor@pspride.org. If you are selling and your business is not located in the City of Palm Springs, please obtain and email a copy of your Temporary Seller's Permit to exhibitor@pspride.org. Refer to the Sample Temporary Seller's Permit instructions above for information. Additionally, please note that Temporary Seller's Permits will not be available for Palm Springs Pride exhibitors until July 31st.
