Atlanta Indie Market Food Truck Vendor Sign-Up Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the Atlanta Indie Market Food Truck Vendor application process. By signing up, you agree to the following terms and conditions:Â 1. Application and Approval Process:Signing up through the Atlanta Indie Market's designated sign-up process does not guarantee approval or participation in the event.
Approval of food truck vendors is at the sole discretion of the Atlanta Indie Market organizers, based on criteria established to ensure a diverse, balanced, and high-quality event.
Applicants will be notified of their approval status via the contact information provided during the sign-up process.
2. Application Fee:An application fee is required at the time of sign-up. This fee covers the administrative costs associated with the application process and does not guarantee a spot at the Atlanta Indie Market.
The application fee is non-refundable, regardless of approval status.
3. Vendor Responsibilities, Compliance and Conduct:Approved vendors must comply with all local, state, and federal regulations, including health and safety standards, applicable to food service and food truck operations.
Vendors are responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and licenses required to operate within the city of Atlanta, Georgia.
Vendors must provide their own equipment, supplies, and staff needed for operation.
4. Event Participation:Specific details regarding event participation, including location, setup times, and vendor fees, will be provided upon approval.
Approved vendors are expected to adhere to all event guidelines and instructions provided by the Atlanta Indie Market organizers.
5. Cancellation Policy:Vendors who wish to cancel their participation must notify the Atlanta Indie Market organizers in writing at least [insert number] days prior to the event. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of any fees paid and could impact future participation opportunities.
