Marketplace Vendor Application

This is an electronic agreement and by applying, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically. The Town of Little Elm reserves the right to limit categories. Please note: Vendors must provide their own tents, tables, chairs, generators, extension cords, etc. This is a rain or shine event. Vendor selection/Approval:

1. All vendor applications will be reviewed. 
2. If accepted, your provided payment method will be charged.
3. Categories of product types will be limited, but exclusivity is not guaranteed.
4. Product quality will determine selection, with priority for vendors that are in scope of the event. 
5. The vendor committee reserves the right to choose the best vendors suited for this event.

It is with heavy hearts that we must inform you that the Little Elm July Jubilee event had been canceled this year. Due to the large amounts of rain we have experienced the past few weeks the lake has risen and now covers most of the park. We made the difficult decision to cancel the event with the safety of our guest and residents in mind. Thank you for your understanding. We hope to see you at our future events this fall.

Permittee/Vendor shall assume all risks incident to or in connection with the special event and shall be solely responsible for damage or injury, of whatever kind or nature, to person or property, directly or indirectly arising out of or in connection with the event or the conduct of permittee’s operation. Event/Vendor main contact hereby expressly agrees to defend and save the Town, its officers, agents, employees, and representatives harmless from any penalties for violation of any law, ordinance, or regulation affecting its activity and from event activities or conduct of its operation or resulting from the negligence or intentional acts or omissions of permittee or its officers, agents, and employees, including permittee’s invitees.  Vendor/Permittee agrees to abide by all Town of Little Elm parks rules and event load in/load out and clean up procedures.
