About the event

Food Truck Friday in Rome is a monthly event held on the second Friday of each month from 11 AM to 2 PM (we do not operate during summer vacation or Jan- Feb). This event brings together food trucks and the community to focus on fundraising for a local non-profit dedicated to enhancing our community and providing essential services. Each month, participating food trucks offer a discount card valued at over $15 in discounts and freebies. These cards are sold by the non-profit for $10, with all proceeds directly supporting local programs and services. It's a fantastic way to donate and support your community!

About the application

Food Trucks are the backbone of this event! This event is made by food trucks for food trucks and we come together to build community and support a local non-profit. 
 
To be involved in this three year old established event food trucks are required to offer a discount valued at $2.00 off, a free item, or 10% discount to be added to a discount card that our monthly non-profit partner will then sell to raise funds for their cause and services.
 
Food trucks keep 100% of their profits!

Terms & Conditions

You must upload a copy of your business license and a valid DPH license.
 
You must contact Rome/ Floyd DPH that you will be operating in our community and make sure you have any documentation prior to the event date. Your business name will be submitted to DPH before the event date to make sure there is compliance.
 
There are no refunds for dropouts or no shows. Communication is key and you just need to send us a message to let us know you are unable to attend and we will do our best to accommodate you.
 
We work on a point system. All trucks start out with 3 points. You are awarded a point for showing up on time and parking. Points are removed for unexcused absences/no call/no shows.

Prices

Application fees $10 Non-refundable There is a $10 non-refundable application fee which is charged upon application.
Food Trucks up to 30 feet long $0 Non-refundable Single booth space is 30 feet long and 10 feet deep.
