Kawaii Kon 2024 Itasha Display Applications

Do you have an AWESOME Itasha vehicle that you would like to show off at our event?  Submit your vehicle to be displayed with us below!  All Applications will be collected by March 17th and Juried to see if they fit our guidelines!  All Applicants will be notified by March 24th whether or not their vehicle has been chosen for Display in our Exhibition Hall throughout the weekend!

Join us for all of your Kawaii Kon favorites, like panels, tabletop games, esports, guests, concerts, exhibitors, artists and more!

By Submitting your Application you agree to the following Conditions.-Your Car will be on display in Kawaii Kon's Exhibition Hall for the Duration of the event.  You will not be able to operate your vehicle for the duration of Kawaii Kon.Drop Off will be March 28th, 2024 Pick Up will be March 31st, 2024 -Your Car must be in good working condition free from damage that may cause leaks or spills. -Your Car's Design will not be altered in any way from the time of submitting your application to the event.  IF the design has been changed, your car may no longer qualify for display on the show room floor. -Itasha Designs should be rated PG
