1. Introduction Welcome to the Eventeny Pride Festival! These Terms and Conditions govern the participation of vendors in the market. By submitting an application, vendors agree to comply with these terms.

2. Vendor Eligibility

• Vendors must submit a complete application and pay any applicable fees.

• All products must be locally grown, handmade, or otherwise approved by the market organizers.

• Vendors must have the necessary licenses, permits, and insurance as required by law.

3. Application Process

• Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.

• Acceptance is based on product quality, uniqueness, and market fit.

• Vendors will receive confirmation of acceptance via email.

• The market reserves the right to deny applications without explanation.

4. Fees and Payments

• Booth fees must be paid in full before the event.

• Fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizers.

• Additional fees may apply for premium booth locations or extra amenities.

5. Booth Setup and Requirements

• Vendors must arrive and set up within the designated time frame.

• Booth spaces must be kept clean and professional.

• Vendors must provide their own tables, tents, and displays unless otherwise arranged.

• All signage and promotional materials must be appropriate and non-offensive.

6. Sales and Compliance

• Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting any applicable taxes.

• Products must be accurately labeled and priced.

• The sale of prohibited or illegal items is strictly forbidden.

• Vendors must comply with all health and safety regulations.

7. Conduct and Responsibilities

• Vendors must conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner.

• Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

• Vendors are responsible for the actions of their employees and representatives.

• No loud music, excessive noise, or obstructions to neighboring booths are allowed.

8. Weather and Cancellations

• The market is a rain-or-shine event unless otherwise notified.

• Vendors will be informed of cancellations due to extreme weather or emergencies.

• No refunds will be issued for vendor-initiated cancellations.

9. Liability and Insurance

• Vendors participate at their own risk.

• The market organizers are not liable for loss, damage, or injury.

• Vendors must carry appropriate liability insurance and provide proof upon request.

10. Termination and Removal

• The market reserves the right to remove any vendor who violates these terms.

• Vendors may be asked to leave immediately without refund if they fail to comply with market policies.

11. Agreement By submitting an application and participating in the Eventeny Pride Festival, vendors agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
