• Participant Waiver In consideration of the use, enjoyment, and the accommodation of being allowed to participate as a participant, in Iconically You Parade, the applicant shall defend, indemnify, and hold, its’ Officers and Flagstaff Pride employees (organizer) harmless from and against all actions, costs (including attorneys’ fees and court costs), claims, losses, expenses, and/or damages sustained by participant attributable to organizers operations from any cause, including, without limitation by specification, property damage and/or injury or death to any person or persons.
