About the event

The purpose of Sista Soul Fest is to create a space for women (especially women if color) to offer/sell and display their talents, gifts and businesses. It also allows women and young girls of all ages to come together as sisters to network, encourage, inspire and just show up for each other. Each year we accomplish this and so much more. Since 2020, every last Sunday in August, the women and young girls of our communities have joined together to celebrate not just our businesses but, to celebrate one another. COME CELEBRATE OUR BIRTHDAY WITH US!!!! 5 Years of GOLDEN opportunities for our CommUNITY!

About the application

The Sista Soul Fest's purpose is to create a space for women to offer/sell/ showcase their talents and businesses. It also allows women to come together as sisters to network and help build each other up as Queens should especially women of color.

We have been blessed with another year to create OUR space. This is our 5th year and GOLDEN is how we are shining!!!! Another year to support, inspire, showcase, uplift, highlight, and network with one another. Another year to provide a cultural experience and an amazing day in and for OUR community.
 
Sista Soul Fest is the first of its kind and we are honored!

SETUP TIME: 7am - 9:15am
VENDER SHOP: 9:15am - 10:15am
BREAK DOWN TIME: 4pm - 6pm
 
PLEASE NOTE: You now have the option to break the vendor fee into payments!!!! We are streamlining all payments this year, NO cash payments unless necessary.

Terms & Conditions

As a vendor of the 2024 Sista Soul Fest I will adhere to the following guidelines:
 
  1. I WILL respect all organizers and fellow SiStars and their individual businesses.
  2.  I WILL leave my space as clean or better than it was prior to my use.
  3. I understand the Sista Soul Fest and their affiliates reserve ALL rights to any and all photos, video & audio obtained during the event to use at their discretion for use of advertisement, promotion, sponsorships, and all things Sista Soul Fest at any time.
  4. I understand that the Sista Soul Fest and their affiliates will not be held responsible for any liability, lose or stolen, damaged merchandise or any injury incurred during the festival.

Prices

Non- Food Vendors $160 Non-refundable $54 is non refundable After July 15th There will be no refunds issued. All Vendor Fees should be submitted by July 31st. PLEASE NOTE: You will need to put a cardon file for a place holder to submit your application. Your card WILL NOT be charged. Once your application has been submitted please allow 1 - 2 business days to receive your invoice to pay your deposit and remaining balance. BOOTH SHARE $90 Non-refundable Vendor Space Sharing or Transfers Vendors must submit a request in writing at least 14 days before the scheduled event to sistasoulfest2020@gmail.com to transfer their booth to another business that is not listed on their vendor application. Approval must be obtained before transferring. When sharing a booth please make you email us to let us know who you will be sharing a booth with. If they are food related they will need to complete a full application for FOOD VENDORS and Pay Food Vendor Fees. $54 is non-refundable After July 15th There will be no refunds issued. All Vendor Fees should be submitted by July 31st.
